low hanging fruit

friday, june 14th, 2013

immigration reform is not easy, but it is very, very simple and doesn't need all kinds of new bills and laws to get it done.

By enacting just two basic measures – both a little politically difficult – and neither of which are possible with the current treasonous president and Senate, our massive and emotionally-charged illegal immigration problem would largely take care of itself within a few years. Not only that, but a laser focus on these two steps could solidify the Conservative/Republican position around principles we all agree on, and would leave the messier areas of our disagreements to a better time.

Fact is, we have all the laws on-the-books we need, to get the job done. We just don't have any leadership willing to enforce them.

The low hanging fruit – the heart of this matter – is truly far simpler than we are making it, while some other hypotheticals are far more complex than most are willing to acknowledge. Labor and deportation nuances are inherently-intertwined with issues like welfare, food stamps, unemployment compensation, law-enforcement logistics, and even workers comp, and are the result of supply and demand and human nature colliding with a porous border for about six decades.

First, the two uncomplicated steps are to secure the border and stop government handouts. (Thankfully the focus on a border-first message is growing by the day.) If we could do but those two things, this massive issue would unravel over a few years almost seamlessly – and never again consume as much energy, anger or government funding as it does now. The full-fledged takers would be motivated to leave the country quickly, and new takers would not be incentivized to get in. This alone would reduce budgeting burdens tremendously. As a result, progress throughout the economy would proceed at a quick pace, and a lot of anger would be calmed.

When you align policy with human nature, instead of trying to swim upstream with an army of bureaucrats, it's amazing what will take care of itself.

Moreover, all Conservatives agree on these. Such coherence and clarity of focus would sharpen the tip of our political spear, simplify our message, and increase our chances of political success in 2014 and 2016 – thereby increasing chances of legislative and policy success thereafter. The political success must come first however, as nothing good can be passed with Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, and Barack Obama in the way. (A truth that somehow escapes the likes of Lindsay Graham, John McCain, Marco Rubio, and John Boehner.)

Yet to fully comprehend the simple magic of this formula, both politically and pragmatically, an understanding of why we are where we are economically, is imperative. This reality might anger you, but it is real just the same.

First, on the pragmatic level, we are where we are due to the immutable laws of human nature, along with supply and demand, as they have played out daily for some sixty years, not because some dry-wall contractor wants a bigger profit margin. We are here because for decades, government policies have distorted our entire economic/labor supply chain – and citizens merely were reacting in their own best interests at every level. This includes businesses, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and customers – including middle and end users. We are also here because government has made it lucrative to sit at home and live off the dole. Studies have shown that it's possible to live a $60,000+ lifestyle by taking maximum advantage of handouts. Please tell me how we can fill $20-30-40,000 a year job niches, when you can knock down $60,000+ by just sitting on your duff. The market tells us in no uncertain terms that we can't. Yet we need those niches filled – you need them filled.

Joe's Lawn Service and Bob's Custom Homes are not perverting the market by hiring immigrants any more than you are by demanding low prices and good products and services from Joe and Bob. It's policies that allow for 99 weeks of unemployment, easy access to EBT cards, free phones, fluffy government union contracts, subsidized housing and a porous border that have made the labor market what it is today. Our own government has shredded that market and artificially made it more expensive at the same time. E-Verify hasn't been around long enough, and is not good enough, to impact where we are today – and you need to understand that the illegals have paperwork identical to that which the legals have.

So I don't blame Joe or Bob any more than I blame you for contracting Joe and Bob – even though you probably knew damned good and well what might be going on with their illegal labor. So do all of Joe and Bob's vendors, suppliers, bankers, accountants, competitors, and other customers, by the by.

All are equally guilty – which is to say – not guilty at all.

Just don't separate yourself from Joe and Bob. Economies are not vacuums, and everything is imbedded and impacts everything else. We rightly accuse dunderheaded liberals and moronic demokkkRATs of not understanding this, yet some Conservatives disregard it too, on this specific issue.

The guilty party in all of this, is the government, and at all levels. You and me, and Joe and Bob, are just trying to get by, day-by-day, living with market realities none of us created, and watching our business or family budget – as we should. Moreover, it's hypocritical to hold businesses and their customers, many of whom struggle, to standards in hiring that are way beyond what government holds itself to – as it ironically gives away tax money paid by those same businesses and customers. The place to start E-Verify is at the welfare office, not the janitorial company. If you start it at the business level, the illegals who are working will just jump to the welfare line.

And if you are angered by what you just read – or even disagree – your consternation simply reinforces my main thesis: which is that we must focus politically on the non-negotiable and not debatable principles we do agree on: Securing the border first and a common sense second step of removing the most insidious of the artificial incentives – the handouts. These could be sold to the voters. These could be part of a winning campaign. And while these steps might be moonshot difficult, they are not out of the question after 2016 – but only if we win the next two cycles.

In the 2012 primary season, we saw an intramural food fight erupt as three candidates who live 1,200 miles away from Mexico lectured the governor of a state with 1,200 miles of Mexican border – and we saw him stumble to reply. Why? They were all four buried in hypothetical minutiae. The result was nothing coherent from the GOP on immigration as part of that campaign. It was all so meaningless and needless, aka BS.

All our side needs to point out is that just these two actions, plus just a few years of human nature running its natural course, would lead to a far smaller problem and a much-improved country, economy and culture, by definition. Such a message is understandable and sellable.

And within the confines of that improved economy, culture and country, we could then debate all kinds of deportation theories and labor procedures and guest-worker programs and E-Verifications and penalties and so on – not to mention the nuances of how welfare and EBT programs play into all of this. On the other hand, if we continue to major in minors and get ahead of ourselves, we'll never win another election, and we'll never have that improved economy, culture, and country. Democrats in power will never secure the border, and we all know that.

So go call Joe – your lawn needs mowing. And don't sweat it – it's not your fault, or Joe's, or those young, able-bodied and unemployed hipsters at Whole Foods, buying scallops and French vino using their EBT cards.

A Day In The Life

Friday, June 21st: the Summer Solstice; longest day of the year and the beginning of Summer. I woke at 6am to a clear, 56°F day, made coffee and OJ, skipped breakfast and checked the weather and news sites. My ancient 2006 Nokia 6060 "Clamshell" cellphone had recharged overnite and was back to 4 bars on the 4g AT&T network. I looked at my "list of projects" at Dad's house, and it'd grown by 4-5 additional ones. More and more to do, outside of the house. I need to get a landscape crew to come in for him, in the Spring, and get all this unending outside work done. This isn't fun at all. I grabbed a banana to take along, got ready, loaded some tools and left at 8:30am. Although it was only 74°F, the sun and 85% humidity were building, and soon we were both drenched in sweat, from the pruning, edging, sweeping, weed-whacking, debris clearing and clean-up. We got the front and right-side of the house done, and will wait until after the coming heat/humidity wave of the next 4-5 days, to get the back and left-side done. Not wearing my usual Stetson Hilton Outback Hat, I got a helluva sunburn. Dad was smart and wore his Panama hat. I left

for home around 11:45, to get a shower, and some dry, clean clothes. I must have sweated-off 9-10lbs, and couldn't stop drinking Ocean Spray® Diet Blueberry-Pomegranate Juice, thru the rest of the day and evening, to re-hydrate myself.

On the morning's round-trip, I noticed that gas/diesel prices at the pump, had dropped 4¢+ since Friday (5/31): Unleaded Regular (87 oct) is now at $3.29/gal, Unleaded Premium (89oct) is at $3.39/gal, Premium (93 oct) is at $3.59/gal, with Diesel Fuel/Kerosene now at $3.79/gal, at most stations, in the York (PA) area.

After a Grilled Cheese, Ham & Tomato Soup for lunch, I ate a handful of Bayer® 325mg Aspirin for my aching left hip (where I was shot in 1974), read a few more chapters of "Killing Lincoln" and took a short snooze on the LR couch. I listened to the morning's missed Chris PLante Show on podcast, and then to the Mark Levin Show, from 6-9pm. Temps had dropped to a nice 71°F By 9:45, I was fading fast and needed some sleep. So I armed the Condo, shut down the computer, and went upstairs to bed. Tomorrow's another day.

I was up again at 6 on Saturday morning, made coffee, OJ, Sunny-Side-Up Eggs on Toast and "Stuffed Hash Browns". After checking on the weather and news sites, I decided to get some errands done

in the morning, before the heat and humidity arrived. By 11am, it was already 81°F/80% humidity and climbing. I got back at 11:30, called Dad to chat, and decided to stay-in for the afternoon. I made a Roast Beef Sandwich & Fries Smothered in Gravy for lunch, plopped-down on the LR couch, and read several more chapters of "Liberty and Tyranny" by Mark Levin. Harrisburg's WITF Classical Station had another Antonio Vivaldi Festival on all-day, and I had that streaming live on the computer's Logitech® Z-680 THX-Certified v5.1 Digital Surround Sound Speaker System. After that, I listened to Dave Ramsey, The Money Pit, Rusty Humphries, and yesterday morning's missed Chris Plante Show. My hip was still sore, but recovering slowly and between aspirin and the cold-pak, it was improving. I checked my morning's food shopping list, decided I had plenty from last Tuesday's trip and didn't need to go shopping after all, closed down at 10pm and went to sleep.

I slept-in until 7am on Sunday, an already warm day at 69°F, made coffee, had some OJ and just a bananna, and checked the weather and news sites. ***AIR QUALITY ALERTS*** were posted everywhere. The heat and humidity were almost here: upper-80s today and 90s/100s for the next 3-4 days. I'm just glad that Dad and I got as much yardwork and lawn mowing done as we did, last week. The

rest can wait a few days until this unpleasant weather passes. I re-set the Back-Up/Restore Schedule for 9:30am, and left for Dad's to visit and take a call from my sister. By 11:15am, it was already 84°F and headed north, and I left for home. I no more than got inside the door, than a massive pain went thru my back and stomach, and I was doubled-up on the floor. Never had anything like that before; felt like multiple ice picks in my back and guts. I managed to crawl over to my soft-bag briefcase, get the bottle of aspirin, and eat 3; inside of 10 mins, the pain was gone. Jeeeez, that was bad. It only felt good when the pain finally stopped. I limped over to the LR couch, and laid down for a few minutes, to get the kinks out of my back. After a simple Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich for lunch, I started a load of laundry, and laid back down to "un-kink" my back. Probably a muscle spasm. I finished-off a quart of fresh Eastern Shore (MD) strawberries; delicious and sweet. I listened to "Gun Talk Radio", which came on from 8-11pm, and called it a day at 11:30. Tomorrow's laundry/ bed linens change day, but since I got a load done today, I'm ahead of the game.

Up at 6:45am on Monday, temps had already hit 73°F and very humid, but the next few days would be even worse. I fed the birds, made coffee, OJ and skipped breakfast. I scanned the news and weather sites, checked my usual email download and went upstairs to get a shower. More laundry loads while I wrote out a donation check to MDA, mailed it and went out for several errands. My back and gut was still sore from yesterday's "muscle spasm", and the heat magnified it, as I walked between several large stores in the huge York Town Center shopping area. I stopped at Weis Market to get a few things, since I didn't go yesterday morning on my usual 7am grocery run. Back home by 12:30, I

made a Olive Loaf Sandwich and Lentil & Vegetable Soup for lunch. I had a full load in the dishwasher, ran it, and it leaked a little again, on final rinse cycle. I cleaned-up the water, reset the door's left-side seal, shut it off, opened it and let it go thru an air-dry to save electricity on the dry cycle. The cleaning ladies are coming tomorrow and they'll do the spring inside/outside (from inside) window wash. I stayed inside, listened to the morning's missed Chris Plante Show Podcast on WMAL (DC), while re-reading "Unintended Consequences" (863pgs) for 5hrs. The laundry finished, so I had to fold (auto-fold laundry would be a nice option!) and put it away, make-up the bed with fresh linens, and listened in on the Mark Levin Show, from 6-9pm. I stayed-up listening to parts of earlier show, which I missed due to several phone calls. I called it a night around 10pm.

Awake at 6am on Tuesday, I made coffee, OJ, had some toast and fed the birds. 72°F and getting very warm and humid. I had a lot to do to get ready for the cleaning ladies; they were washing all the Condo's windows today, so all louvers and blinds had to be cleared (they have trouble doing that correctly), and I'll leave to run some errands while the get the project started. I put another load On the morning's ride, I noticed that gas/diesel prices at the pump, had risen 5-12¢ since Friday (6/21): Unleaded Regular (87 oct) is now at $3.34/gal, Unleaded Premium (89oct) is at $3.44/gal, Premium (93 oct) is at $3.64/gal, with Diesel Fuel/Kerosene at $3.99/gal, at most stations, in the York (PA) area. of laundry thru the washer, the back door window curtain included, and when the ladies arrived at 8:40, I left for West York. I stopped for gas on the way home, and with a 40¢/gal Weis Shopping

Credit, got it for $2.94/gal on a 15.1gal fill-up. I was back around 10:30, and Joanne was out on the garage's hip-roof, washing the 2 bedrooms' outside windows; Rhonda on the inside windows. What a sight. 89°F/90% humidity and headed north. They finished-up around 12noon, and I made Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, for lunch. T-storms were forecast for early evening, so I went out for a short walk around the block, while it was cloudy. ****SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS*** were posted everywhere, so I spent the afternoon reading more weighty chapters in "Liberty & Tryanny: A Conservative Manifesto" by Mark Levin, and tuned-into his radio show, from 6-9pm, as the t-storms rumbled thru the area, knocking down a few trees and adjacent power lines. I also re-listened to some of the first part of his show, which I missed taking phone calls from NRA fundraisers and other money-grubbers; blech. I finally made it upstairs to bed, by 10:30pm.

After a couple of "vivid dreams", I was up at 5am on Wednesday, trying to remember and figure out what-the-heck they meant; I couldn't. I made coffee, OJ, skipped breakfast and checked the weather and news sites. T-storms forecast day and night, for the next several days; we're in a "weather pattern", so-to-speak. I have no idea what that means. By 8am, it was already 79°F/88% humidity, and very uncomfortable; such is the Mid-Atlantic Region in Summer. I left for Dad's at 8:30. We finished drilling and installing the last 5 downstairs windows' security pins, ordered 2½ weeks ago online. He also had an email access problem with the Comcast web mail server, which took me an hour to fix/reset with a Comcast tech, over the phone. When I left at 11:45, I noticed that my Jeep's radiator fan was still running, so I drove over to breakfast/lunch and stayed-in for the day. T-storm red cells rolled thru

the area, and I listened to the morning's missed Chris Plante Show Podcast on WMAL (DC), and then the usual Mark Levin Show, from 6-9pm. Lights out at 10, as more t-storms rolled thru the area.

After a very good night's sleep, I got up at 7am on Thursday, made coffee, had some Texas Red Grapefruit and skipped breakfast, again. I'm just not hungry in the early mornings, anymore. 69°F/89% humidity already, and it would get much worse over the next few days. ***EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNINGS*** were posted on all weather and news sites, with Arizona forecast to get 117°F, or worse. I had a small mountain of paperwork, including getting some bills paid, and kept at it until 1pm. After a Bacon Cheddar-Cheeseburger w/ Fries for lunch, I noticed that a ***TORNADO WATCH*** was posted for the York area, until 6pm. Crap; there was some nasty looking red-orange weather cells coming-up from the south-southwest, and would be here in a few hours. Stacey from S&D Automotive called at 3:30, and the Jeep was ready to pick-up. Traffic was heavy for that time of day, so I took side and back roads to and from Stacey & Dave's Shop. A ***FLASH FLOOD WARNING*** replaced the expired tornado watch, as the t-storms passed right around us, on both sides. Amazing how it does that. I worked on paperwork, filing/re-filing, paying some new bills, listened to the usual Mark Levin Show, from 6-9, and called it a day.

Tomorrow starts a new week here in the "Journal", with a Dr's appointment, driveway topcoat sealing project at Dad's and some other outdoor projects if/when the temps drop back down into the low-80s. Plus, the July 4th Weekend is nearly here, and I stay-off the roads for those day, due to the inordinate number of drunks/accidents (combined with New Year's Eve and Labor Day).

A Happy Independence Day to you and yours!

You Own It, demokkkRATs!

Your TSHTF Survival

Are you truly ready for when, not if, TSHTF (The Shit Hits The Fan). And a lot of my "Journal" Readers have emailed and called me to discuss what preparations they should take for that "coming awful event". Believe me, "it" IS coming. Based upon what's happening around the world and here in the US, I have a terrible, terrible *gut feeling* that TSWHTF (The Shit Will Hit The Fan), sometime in late-2012 or in early-2013. Don't ask why; I just do.

First, Israel is preparing for war, after being attacked for years on many fronts, and not fighting back as she should have. This war will truly have "Biblical implications" around the world. The Middle East is rapidly-collapsing under the subhuman, murderous muslim/islamic riots (muslim Brotherhood) and rule ("arab Spring"), with world crude oil prices projected to hit $200+/bbl, or even higher into the $300-$400 range,

Europe is on the verge of insolvency and collapse, no thanks in great part to Germany, teetering-and-tottering Asia and South America will quickly-follow, then comes the downfall of Canada, and The USA won't be far behind, in late 2012 and into 2013. Watch this video; be sure you're sitting-down, and don't have any food or liquid in your mouth upon which to choke.

Just Google "survival" and see what comes-up. Damned-near everything you ever wanted to know how to prepare for this for-sure-coming "hellish holocaust", some of it in easy-to-download *.PDF format. Tens-of-thousands of websites are devoted to the topic of "survival". Do the same with "You Tube", and watch the thousands of videos. This is *NOT The Phony Y2K Crappola*; this is for real. I said numerous times that Y2K was a waste of time and money to prepare for, and that came true. I'm reading that "survival stores" are reporting a huge upswing in sales and preparations, and for good reason.

I'm also one of the very, very few who "predicted a 9-11 type event", 2 years and 8 months before it happened. Read down that "Journal" entry to the "Scary Stuff" section, and it was done by the subhuman, murderous muslim/islamic shit/filth/trash, NOT the US Gov't as some morons and idiots (Alex Jones & Co), have and still It's interesting you mention when an old paradigm dies and a new one takes its place. There are people who are still connected to the old one and can't conceive of life without that old paradigm. I think you saw that in the Great Depression. A lot of people never recovered from it because once that hit it was the end of their lives. claim. Need I say more about those certifiable and murderous, subhuman muslim/islamist wackos who are determined to kill all of us Proud Infidels?

Am I an "conspiracy alarmist" or one of those "crazed survivalists", sequestered in a Montana, Idaho, Utah or Wyoming compound or bunker? Not hardly; I'm simply in mid-State Pennsylvania, an Eagle Scout, Class of 1963, Order Of The Arrow/ Vigil Honor, and our BSA Motto was then, and still is now, "Be Prepared". Need I say any more?

Forget all of the "buy gold and silver" bullshit commercials; buy "brass and lead" for your guns. They're a far, far superior investment, IMO. Ammo is truly a "fungible" item; gold & silver aren't at all. They may be "intrinsic", but they're utterly-useless in a collapsing/collapsed society or world. Do the requisite research, as I've done. 'Nuff said on that subject.

BTW, how are you stocked-up for incandescent light bulbs? Within 4 weeks, manufacturing and using 100w incandescent will become "a crime", thanks to stupid-assed, liberal moron chimp, shit-for-brains, George W Bush & Co, in 2007. You'll be forced, under penalty-of-law, to use the very expensive,

dangerous and short-lived CFLs (Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs). Better stock-up NOW on 60w, 75w and 100w incandescents, where and when you can find them, before they become unavailable and illegal!

This government's ***CRIMINALLY NUTS***, in trying to regulate our use of anything and everything! It's fascism, socialism, Leninism and communism, dammit, and it won't stand! Where is that in The US Constitution? The US Government isn't empowered to force us to do or buy anything, and has overstepped its legal authority in The ENUMERATED Commerce Clause. The Commerce Clause is quite specifically an enumerated power listed in the United States Constitution (Article I, Section 8, Clause 3). The Contemporary Commerce Clause debate, When "decided by the SCOTUS in the Summer of 2012", will cause CWIII, if upheld. Stockpile NOW, because TSHTF before/during/after the November General Election!

Gold is NOT the way to go; lead and brass (aka ammo) ARE. Mark my words!

TSHTF this or next year, and members of the corrupt, criminal US Congress are helping racist, commie, lowlife scumbag Barry "Fuck America!" Obama (SAMBO-IL), by either collaborating with him or cowering before him, on his You are going to see, in metro areas, the absolute worst in humanity, as the people that are most dependent upon a collectivist system, whether they're these Occupy Well Street people, or people who are loaded up with debt, they are totally unprepared for an economic reality where their paradigm does not function. As a result they're going to go through the absolute most disgusting inhumanity that I think any American has ever seen as they go through this anger phase – and it's going to result in riots, and starvation and bloodshed. It has to happen. You don't have people's life savings disappear and people become desperate, and not have that happen. coming "Race War" plan.

We are *at war with Iran*; no doubt about it. Get used to it. And shit-for-brains, racist, commie, lowlife scumbag Barry "F•ck America!" Obama (TRAITOR-IL) has politely "asked" for our formerly Top Secret RQ-170 Sentinel Drone "to be returned". What a dumbf•ck Obama is! He should be charged, tried and imprisoned for *treason*, IMO.

I've been saying, for the past 2-3 years, that no one should buy any gold or silver; it's worthless crap if TSHTF (The Shit Hits The Fan). Instead, buy guns and ammo; they're a far, far better investment, IMO. Any questions?

Uh-oh, it's beginning to happen in Europe. Better get ready for it to come over here, soon, as The Fed f•cks America, once again. Time to abolish The Fed and its corrupt, criminal influence on America's economy!

Here's a very useful List of Barter Items, for when TSHTF. Get and stockpile those and more, if you know what's good for you and your family! Think I'm kidding? Better read this and think VERY carefully about it.

With the FBI already considering many US Citizens as "sovereign citizen extremists", are you ready for "Rex 84" & The FEMA Camps? A new bill has been introduced in the US House of Representatives called the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645. This bill if passed into law will direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish

national emergency centers otherwise known as FEMA Camp Facilities on military installations. Some more detail on "Rex 84", right here, written by, very disappointingly, USMC Lt Col Oliver North.

"Economic chaos" ahead? You betcha. Are you and your family ready for it? It IS coming, at out current rate of out-of-control government spending.

Before TSHTF, here are 20 Lessons From The Streets of Cairo. Worth reading, if you plan to survive.

And before TSHTF, here are Innumerable Lessons From The Collapse of Bosnia, in 1992. Also worth reading, if you plan to survive.

Do you live near a "terrorism hot-spot"? Check the map. Here's DHS' recently-issued "White Paper (*.PDF)" on it, from 1970-2008, published by the University of Maryland.

Do you know what an "EMP Attack" is? Now you do. *When* it happens, not *if*, we're all f•cked, unless we're prepared to live in the early-1800s. That's why I write this stuff.

Are you ready for Obama's (TRAITOR-IL) "October Surprise"?

What about access to land and fresh water? Right here's an article to address those concerns.

Are you worried and prepared for the coming paradigm shift? How's your preparation work coming along?

The end of the dollar is coming; are you prepared for it? Here's a guide to a few canned foods.

Looks like a "race war" is coming, thanks to the hate-filled nigga race-pimps Jackson, Sharpton, Farrakan and New Black Pampers®, and time is growing shorter and shorter before TSHTF.

Don't let the possibility of DHS watching your every move deter you in preparing for TSHTF; do it regardless. Your and your Family's safety & survival always comes first. Beware of what your neighbors will do if you're prepared and they're not.

State and local resistance to the detention provisions contained in the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) continues to grow, rapidly-emerging as a nationwide movement against the illegal and unconstitutional Federal Jack-Booted-Thugs' powers.

America is already being turned into a giant prison camp, and 90% of Americans either go along with it or don't see it happening. I do.

When prepping, always plan your survival purchases first on paper; buy them afterward.

Here's another good preparedness/precious metals website, 321 Gold. No, I don't believe in gold & silver, for what's coming. I believe in *lead & brass*/*food & water* for that situation; the other stuff comes much, much later.

Here's a new "warning" about a solar-based EMP event. If it happens, TSHTF.

If Iran attacks America's infrastructure, we've got major problems. Are you prepped and ready for it, when it happens?

Are you on a tight budget, in a apartment of small house? Try these link resources.

Obama: "Entrepreneurs Don't Build Businesses"

"Last week, President Barack Obama delivered some telling remarks to a fire station full of people in Roanoke, Virginia. I'll save you the trouble of reading the (long and uninspired) speech and provide you with the most interesting part:

"If you've got a business – you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen." – President Barack Obama, July 13th, 2012.

It would be easy to respond with something along the lines of, "Somebody else made that happen? Who? Who magically imagined the product or service, started the business, built it up, and created the jobs? Who was it? The tooth fairy?" And to some extent, President Obama's statement is so ridiculous as to merit that sort of quick, flippant response.

(Here's the video of that loony remark.)

However, he's not entirely wrong. This reminds me of an argument that Massachusetts Senate Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren would probably make. If he's talking about a mid-sized or large business, where an entrepreneur has hired additional employees, then at that point the business's success isn't purely that of its founder.

Employees add value to a business through work and ideas. That's why you hire employees, after all. Steve Jobs didn't invent every last detail of the phones, computers, and tablets to come out of Apple over the last decade. There were engineers working on those products who developed them. So, employees help entrepreneurs to build their business. "Somebody else" did indeed play a part in making that happen.

But what makes the president's remarks so inane is the totality of what he's saying. He's not saying that entrepreneurs and employees work together to build a business. It's not a collaborative effort. It's all thanks to the employees. Usually, I can understand the way the president's mind works on most issues by examining it through a pragmatic, liberal, or progressive framework. This one baffles me.

As I explained, I can see that he has some of a point, but he's still just obviously wrong on the broader point. Sure, the employees help to build the business, but the business itself wouldn't exist without the entrepreneur. So, to say to entrepreneurs and to business owners, "...you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen," is just wrong. It's silly. They did build that by setting the foundation for the business.

Entrepreneurs are almost always the hardest workers in their business. They work a simply insane number of hours to get their idea off the ground. If they succeed (and they face a tremendous risk if they don't), then they'll start to grow and to hire employees to help. Honestly, if I were an entrepreneur and I read those remarks by the president, I would be furious. It's a tremendous insult to the true job-creators in America, entrepreneurs.

In the context of a long, somewhat rambling campaign speech that touched on every issue under the sun, it may seem as though I'm over-exaggerating the importance of a minor thing he said. But President Obama isn't a stupid man, or even one who makes off-the-cuff remarks he doesn't really mean. He's a very smart man, and he meant what he said.

When the most important issues for most Americans are economic growth and job creation, I believe it's essential to know exactly where both candidates stand on the importance of entrepreneurs. Yesterday, we learned that President Obama believes that entrepreneurs don't build businesses. Ultimately, they're irrelevant. Take that for what you will." ©Principles and Policy, July 14, 2012

Some People Just Need Killing

It's not my intentions to be the judge here — that's God's "job" — but rather to "hasten the meeting" so that He can send the following subhuman filth to the "Fires of Hell", "River or Lake of Sulphur", or whatever He deems appropriate. I'd gladly/happily volunteer, at no cost to any of my Hard-Working, Fellow US Taxpayers, to gladly/gleefully/happily headshoot these murderous, lowlife dirtbags of all stripes — their skin-color doesn't matter one whit to me, at all — and rid American Society's innocents — especially our too-vulnerable, "Whosoever shall shed man's blood, his blood shall be shed: for man was made to the image of God."
– Genesis 9:6
precious children and the frail, defenseless elderly — of the subhuman criminals who prey upon them, once-and-for-ever. And yes, I'd rather see one innocent man convicted and executed, than 10 murderers, robbers, child rapists-murderers freed, to rob, rape and murder again. Hey, call me an "Old Fashioned Conservative"! Too harsh? Nah. Someone needs to take out the trash! I volunteer.

Society's innocents — our precious, defenseless children and the frail, defenseless elderly — must be protected from predators, murderers, rapists, robbers and other subhuman filth, at all times and at any cost, IMO.

The 6th Commandment actually says: "Thou Shalt Not Murder". It does NOT say, "Thou Shalt Not Kill." I personally don't consider any summary-execution — except by subhuman, murderous muslim/islamic pigshit — as murder, in any way, shape or form. It's "Due-Justice-For-Crimes-On-This-Earth", IMO.

The Death Penalty is The Foundation of Government.

"100 years from now, I want the filthy, stinking subhuman islamic/muslim filth's childrens' childrens' childrens' children to cower and cringe in fear whenever they hear the sounds of jet engines overhead because their legends tell of fire from the sky. I want them to hide in wet, dark caves and hellish-holes in the earth, Yes, I agree with the premise of this article, that "the death penalty is a Noahic Covenant with God, in a post-flood world", and America should apply it every-damned-day, to those deserving death for their crimes against society and its innocents. shivering with terror whenever they hear the roar of diesel engines because the tales of their ancestors talk about metal monsters crawling over the earth, spitting-out death and destruction. I want their mothers to be able to admonish them with "If you don't behave, the Pale Destroyers will come for you", and that will be enough to reduce them to quivering obedience. I want the annihilation to be so complete that their mythology will tell them of the day of judgment when the stern gods from across the sea – the powerful Americans – destroyed their forefathers' wickedness."

Way to go, Texas! Executing your 500th inmate is a great achievement! BRAVO!

DIE, racist commie Mandela scumbag filth!

The guy who killed subhuman POS teen rapper Lil Snupe, should get a medal, for ridding society of that filth!
