1st Amendment

friday, may 14th, 2010

with more and more God-given freedoms being surreptitiously usurped by the corrupt and criminal Obama administration and US Congress, it's long past time to get those subhuman politician-filth out of office, and vote-in term-limited, Citizen Legislators.

Personally, I've given considered and long thought to becoming a Citizen Legislator — taking 2-4yrs off my business — and going to Washington to help clean-up the mess, and then returning to my business, as many Colonists did in the 1700s and early 1800s. But with a Family-owned business, and my two partners being in their mid to upper-80s, I'd have no one to run the business while I'd be gone. So that thought/ wish/ dream is down the dumper.

I can only hope that in these upcoming Mid-term Elections, that enough "career politician filth" are driven from office, and that in the 2012 General Election, enough Conservatives are voted-in, that we can take our country back. I wish I could participate more, but right now, all I can do is V-O-T-E. As you can.

In the interim, watch for more and more progressive, liberal, commie, fascist garbage and shit to come spewing forth from the subhuman trash who were elected and appointed in November 2008, trying as hard as they can to turn us into Greece, Venezuela, Italy, the UK etc. Be on your guard: invest not in gold and silver, but in brass and lead. That ugly day isn't all that far away, IMO.

Around The Garden Center™

Last Friday was a hectic day: payroll, I fired one of the 3-yr landscape crew, had 3-4 estimates to get done and mailed, numerous phone calls from customers and others wanting information, more calls for me to visit sites for tree moving (very early Spring or Winter jobs), landscaping (design leads for Rich, our new Registered Landscape Architect, and dead plants (Winter damage), 3pm Key Staff Meeting and many other things to diverse to list. It'd been several months since I'd gotten a haircut, so I rushed-out to Walt's Barber Shop in Red Lion, and got one. Rich emailed me another 3 design plans' sets of spec-numbers, and I was already working on 3 of his plans, with 4 already done and mailed-out. The day went fast. Th winds were 40-50mp and plants in th Retail Nursery Display Area were falling down. I instructed the staff and LSCP to let them stay down, for fear of any additional breakage if they were righted and fell again.

Mother's Day Weekend was busy, with all sorts of flowering perennials, shrubs and trees going out the door. I loaded trees and mulch with the old JD 675B and new 317 SkidLoaders, did 3 complex LSCP Estimates, each with the 8-page HICPA Contract and generally let Dad, Jennifer & Lee handle the customers. I was tired by the end of the weekend. And of course, I called Mom and wished her *Happy Mother's Day*. Dad took the gift I got for her and the card I made in MS-Publisher, home to her. We handle much of their product line, and Mom has a pair of glasses like the sculpture's glasses. No, she doesn't look like the sculpture at all!

I found "Jericho" re-runs online at fancast.com; "Justified" re-runs at fancast.com, more "Justified" hulu.com, and even more "Justified" at imdb.com and at fxnetworks.com. But these are the only sites which show the re-runs, right now, without payments. Try them and let me know what you like.

I watched "24" on Monday at 9pm on Fox-CATV; one of the best episodes I've seen in the past 8 years. I put a heating pad on my aching back (L-5 vert) and went to sleep early. A huge storm system was headed our way on Tuesday and I wanted to get in early to talk for my LSCP Foreman about that day's jobs and the following day's jobs, as to whether I'd need to reschedule them.

Tuesday was a cold (44°F), rainy and miserable day, but Alan and Arthur got both relatively-small jobs done. I had a new LSCP Crew Member report for work on Wednesday, who'd worked for me 4-5yrs ago; I sure hope he works-out, as A&A can't carry the burden too much longer; we need a minimum of 3 on a crew. I closed down at 3pm, since it was pouring outside. We did have a customer who had placed a very nice, large order, with much more to come, visit with his sketch, and Jennifer placed the selected plants for the LSCP Crew; job scheduled for next Monday - Wednesday, with a Thursday "contingency date reserved. I went home, lit the gas fireplace, and laid down on the heating pad, after taking some aspirin for the back pain.

I took Thursday off, as usual, slept-in until 11am, went food shopping and then decided to visit The Cabin for the rest of the day.

The "Virtual Cabin"™: A Novella.

After this hectic week and hot & humid weekend, I really needed to "get away everything" to The Cabin, so I took off right after work on Sunday, at 4pm.

After food shopping at WEIS Markets, unloading the food at my condo, I drove-up to The Cabin with my Remy 11-87 AutoLoader 12ga (3" slugs) and Kimber 1911 .45cal ACP (my daily concealed carry piece w/ permit), to see Jenny and check the birthing dens of the critters, which had given us so much trouble.

After driving around on the large property and peering carefully into a few dens, with the Remy (7 in the tube, one in the chamber), I didn't see any life. I guessed they were all out "learning the ways of life from their Mommas", foraging for food and playing. I drove the Jeep back to The Cabin, made lunch and laid down with a cold-pak on my back. I set the alarm for 6pm, and Jenny crawled into bed with me, at my feet.

I woke at 6pm, shaved, showerd, made dinner, did dishes, filled Jenny's dry/wet food and water dishes, and left for York. On the way out, I ran into Deputy Clay Atler, the Chief's son-in-law, and he greeted me, and wondered why I hadn't been here more often. I explained that it's "my landscaping & gardening season", and that I have to spend 90% of my time at the GC&N Center, doing design work, LSCP Estimates etc, and that I'd come visit when I'm able. He understood. He just wanted to be sure everything was okay with me and Jenny and The Cabin. He said he went through the property 1-2x per day, checking closely for break-ins and vandalism and had found none, so far. I thanked his for his concern, vigilience and diligence, and assured him that I'd be "back", every chance I'd get this Spring, Summer and Fall. If something happened, like the 2009-2010 snows and floods, he could count on me to assist in the rescue and recovery efforts.

When I arrived in York, I called Mom to see how she was doing, and called Dad at the GC&N Complex to see what was going on. All was okay with both of them.

Things Which Make Your Head Explode™

Bravo, Arizona! All 50 states should be doing what Arizona has done to rid this country of subhuman, illegal, criminal, murderous alien filth!

Some People Just Need Killing™

It's not my intention to be the judge here — that's God's "job" — but rather to "hasten the meeting" so that He can send the following subhuman filth to the "Fires of Hell", "River or Lake of Sulphur", or whatever He deems appropriate. I'd gladly/happily volunteer, at no cost to any of my Hard-Working, Fellow US Taxpayers, to gladly/gleefully/happily headshoot these murderous, lowlife dirtbags of all stripes — their skin-color doesn't matter to me, at all — and rid American Society's innocents (especially our precious children and the frail, defenseless elderly) of them, once-and-for-all. And yes, I'd rather see one innocent man convicted and executed, than 10 murderers/robbers/child rapists-murderers freed, to rob, rape and murder again. Hey; call me an "Old Fashioned Conservative"! Too harsh? Nah. Just RIGHT!

Yes, I agree with the premise of this article, that "the death penalty is a Noahic Covenant with God, in a post-flood world". Well said, Joe Farrah.
