5th Course:

8oz, 1¾" Thick, *USDA Prime*,
Grilled-To-Your-Wish,
w/ A Porcini Mushroom & Butter-Reduction Sauce,
Homemade, Black Winter Truffle Butter,
Roasted Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers,
Served w/ Carmelized Baby Cippolino Onions,
On a Bed of Saffon-Infused, Angel-Hair Pasta,
All Appropriately-Seasoned

6th Course:
Dessert —
Seasonal Raspberry/Strawberry/Blood Orange Gelato,
