A Day In The Life

The rain on the Condo's 4 skylights woke me at 6am on Friday, but I easily went back to sleep until 8:15. It was downright cold (35°F), rainy and looking more like a Winter day. After upping the heat, I made Cream of Wheat® w/ Keller's® Butter, some Soft-Boiled Eggs w/ Bacon, fried-up Hash Browns and had 2 mugs of French-Roast, Turkish-Grind Coffee (from whole, freshly-ground Dunkin' Donuts® beans) with my Chemex® Drip System. While working on the 2013 1st Qtr Condo Budget, I listened to the Glenn Beck Show on WHP Radio, streaming from Harrisburg, made an Egg & Olive Salad Sandwich, and Vegetable Beef Soup. I ran a couple of errands, and decided to stay-in for the rest of the day. The rain continued. I took a short snooze on the LR couch, listened to the live streaming Mark Levin Show, from 6-9pm, and went up to bed at 9:30.

Up at 8:15am on Saturday, it was so warm (51°F) and foggy that I couldn't see the neighbors' Condo units across the street. The weather forecast showed rain (no snow yet) and t-storms until

Wednesday, so outdoor work was out-of-the-question, for now. I made coffee, and checked the news sites. Same-o, same-o crap. After a quick breakfast of Honey Smacks and sliced banana, I gathered some things for Dad and drove over to North York for a visit, at 10:30. Strangely, there are no birds near my Condo anymore, since Hurricane Sandy, so I took some still-fresh, loaf-end bread over to Dad's for the birds on his 3½-acres. My theory is that, since native, wild birds don't migrate south, but rather travel inland to the deep forests to "Winter-over", they left right before Sandy and won't be back before Spring. I have pesky squirrels, but no birds to be found around the Condos. After visiting for 2hrs, I did a couple of errands after leaving, and came back home at 12noon, made a Proscuitto & Poached Egg Sandwich for lunch, and did some "Condo cleaning chores". With plenty of Michael Berry Show Podcasts to choose from, I listened to them in the background until 9:30pm, while cleaning-out the Jeep, doing some "housekeeping" in my gunsafe and garage. I was nodding-off by 10, so I called it quits. I had to be up early tomorrow, and get some food shopping done at Weis Market, in East York.

If you have cable TV service, you probably have at least one set-top box in your house. On Monday, another damned federal rule change takes effect that could eventually force you to rent more cable boxes. We consumers get screwed again. if that hurts or pisses you off,

just Put Some Bacon On It.

Although the alarm was set for 6:45am on Sunday, I woke-up at 5:45 to pounding rain on the skylights, again. T-storms were passing through the York (PA), and snow was coming down just 20-30 miles to the north of us. After turning-up the heat, I made a quick breakfast of Del Monte® Mandarin Oranges, Shredded Wheat® w/ Fruit, and coffee, and scanned the weather and news sites. B-I-G storms were headed right at us, from the southeast, with large red-yellow cells. I warmed-up the Jeep for a few minutes, got ready for my usual food shopping trip, got my week's mail from the CHCA community mailbox, and left at 7:15am. I got thru the supermarket in 25mins, and it was pouring when I came out with a full cart to load-up the Jeep. I drove to the Springettsbury PO to drop-off some bills, coming due and drove home. After unpacking and putting away all the foodstuffs, I changed the furnace/AC filter, worked on the basement pantry inventory and foodstuffs rotation, and made a Olive Loaf Sandwich and chips for lunch. Then, back to the pantry inventory and rotation. I kept checking the Accu-Weather site, since I wanted to get out on Wednesday and help my friend, Sherry, with some Fall yard clean-up work, and do some repair work and clean-up at the GC&N Complex. There were 5 Chris Plante Podcasts to listen to, in catching-up from the missed former week, and after 3 of those, I called it a day at 10pm.

The rains again woke-me-up at 7:15am on Monday, but sleep was uninterrupted all night. Deep REMs. It was another rainy day, but temps quickly rose from 39°F to 57°F by 2pm. That would end

tomorrow, as Winter-like weather would return. I made coffee, OJ and Egg Omlet & Home Fries for breakfast, changed bed linens, did several loads of laundry, and continued my basement pantry inventory & rotation project. My mood was as dreary as the day; I don't know why, but it soon lifted as the sun peaked-out once or twice, but then went away. I wanted to go out for a brisk walk, but squalls were moving through and it was raining hard again. By 12:30pm, I was hungry for a simple Tomato Sandwich on Italian Bread, and chips. I called Spartan Computers in East York, and made an appointment with the owner, for 10:30am on Friday, to review some projects I needed done. With Rush streaming from 12noon to 3pm, there were more missed Michael Berry Show Podcasts to choose from, until 9:30. I needed a shave, but put it off for another day. Time to sleep.

Awake and up at 7:15am on Tuesday, it was a cold 28°F, so the Turkish Bathrobe and a heat increase, were immediately called for. I made coffee, OJ and Country Bacon, Grits, Sunny-Up Eggs, "Texas Toast" & Butter. Cold(er) weather was back and snow/sleet/ice was in next week's forecast. I left for dad's to visit, borrow his leaf blower and rake, and drove to Sherry's to see what needed to be done tomorrow, to clean-up her foundation beds, before we lose the weather. Pruning can wait until early-Spring; it's too late for that now. I also needed to get down to the GC&N Complex, and check water pipes, and then down to Stewartstown to pick-up a waiting Rx, but that can wait until Thursday. I stopped to look at Christmas Wreaths for my front door, but decided to simply put-up a red bow, like on my Jeep's front grille. Home by 12:45pm, I made and Egg & Olive Salad Sandwich w/ chips, hung the bow, and took a 30-minute walk around the

neighborhood. With temps quickly dropping into the 30s, I put the Jeep into the garage for the night, and closed-up the Condo. I had paperwork and the Condo Budget to work on, and a couple of bills to pay. By 6pm, It was time for the live streaming Mark Levin Show, until 9pm. I'd gotten thru 80% of the paperwork by 9:30, and called it quits for the day.

Sans alarm, I was up at 6am on Wednesday, cranked-up the heat, made coffee, Garlic Grits & Eggs, got the rest of my gear and tools loaded into the Jeep, and headed over to Sherry's at 8:30. We spent 2½-hrs raking/blowing leaves into the street – we'll get the shrub-imbedded leaves and massively-needed pruning job done in late March – and I drove down to the GC&N Complex to open it for the Hellam Twp digging crew, and then an additional 5 miles south to Stewartstown to pick-up a waiting Rx. On the trip north to the Condo, I stopped at Giant Supermarket in Red Lion – no MD crabcakes for the 3rd week in a row – got a few other things, and made it back home around 12:45pm. While working on the rest of my unfinished paperwork and budget, I had Michael Berry Show Podcasts playing in the background, made Steamed Cabbage Rolls and Chicken Cordon Bleu w/ Hollandaise. After the morning, I was ready for a nap. I set my Polder Digital Timer for 1 hour, and slept right thru it. Heh. By 5pm, it was dark and I grabbed a shower, listened to the live streaming Mark Levin Show, until 9pm, and the morning's missed

Chris Plante Podcast, until 11pm. My housekeeper is in at 8:30am, I needed to stop by Dad's and return his leaf blower and extension cords, so I had to get-up early and leave. Maybe I can sleep-in on Friday morning, before my 10:30am mtg at Spartan Computers, in East York. Lights out.

Thursday morning was off to a frosty, cold 22°F at 6am, when my alarm went-off. I made coffee, OJ and had some Cheerios w/ Red Raspberries. I'm trying to use-up the last of the cold cereals, now that Winter's here, and I can switch to Grits, Cream of Wheat, various Oatmeals and the many other hot breakfast choices which I enjoy. Joanne and Rhonda arrived at 8:30am, and I left to run some errands, visit Dad and get some fresh air.

On the way over to Dad's I stopped at Giant Supermarket and picked-up some things for both Dad and myself. He had some minor computer access problems, which I helped him fix, returned his leaf blower, extension cords, leaf rake, and left for a few stops on the way home. Joanne/Rhonda were just leaving when I arrived at 11:45am, unloaded my purchases, and made a Bacon Cheddar-Cheeseburger w/ Fries, and Double Celery & Potato Soup for lunch. I listened to the morning's missed Chris Plante Podcast, and then the live streaming Mark Levin Show, from 6- 9pm. I decided to sleep-in until 8am tomorrow, since my computer meeting wasn't until 10:30am, and was only a short 3-mile drive away.

Tomorrow begins a new week here in the "Journal", and there are only a couple of *must-do* things on the week's schedule, right now, but with the forecast snow/ice/sleet possibly coming, things could change very quickly. I don't do "ice driving". I stay-off the roads. Heh.

Your TSHTF Survival

Are you truly ready for when, not if, TSHTF (The Shit Hits The Fan). And a lot of my "Journal" Readers have emailed and called me to discuss what preparations they should take for that "coming awful event". Believe me, "it" IS coming. Based upon what's happening around the world and here in the US, I have a terrible, terrible *gut feeling* that TSWHTF (The Shit Will Hit The Fan), sometime in late-2012 or in early-2013. Don't ask why; I just do.

First, Israel is preparing for war, after being attacked for years on many fronts, and not fighting back as she should have. This war will truly have "Biblical implications" around the world. The Middle East is rapidly-collapsing under the subhuman, murderous muslim/islamic riots (muslim Brotherhood) and rule ("arab Spring"), with world crude oil prices projected to hit $200+/bbl, or even higher into the $300-$400 range,

Europe is on the verge of insolvency and collapse, no thanks in great part to Germany, teetering-and-tottering Asia and South America will quickly-follow, then comes the downfall of Canada, and The USA won't be far behind, in late 2012 and into 2013. Watch this video; be sure you're sitting-down, and don't have any food or liquid in your mouth upon which to choke.

Just Google "survival" and see what comes-up. Damned-near everything you ever wanted to know how to prepare for this for-sure-coming "hellish holocaust", some of it in easy-to-download *.PDF format. Tens-of-thousands of websites are devoted to the topic of "survival". Do the same with "You Tube", and watch the thousands of videos. This is *NOT The Phony Y2K Crappola*; this is for real. I said numerous times that Y2K was a waste of time and money to prepare for, and that came true. I'm reading that "survival stores" are reporting a huge upswing in sales and preparations, and for good reason.

I'm also one of the very, very few who "predicted a 9-11 type event", 2 years and 8 months before it happened. Read down that "Journal" entry to the "Scary Stuff" section, and it was done by the subhuman, murderous muslim/islamic shit/filth/trash, NOT the US Gov't as some morons and idiots (Alex Jones & Co), have and still It's interesting you mention when an old paradigm dies and a new one takes its place. There are people who are still connected to the old one and can't conceive of life without that old paradigm. I think you saw that in the Great Depression. A lot of people never recovered from it because once that hit it was the end of their lives. claim. Need I say more about those certifiable and murderous, subhuman muslim/islamist wackos who are determined to kill all of us Proud Infidels?

Am I an "conspiracy alarmist" or one of those "crazed survivalists", sequestered in a Montana, Idaho, Utah or Wyoming compound or bunker? Forget all of the "buy gold and silver" bullshit commercials; buy "brass and lead" for your guns. They're a far, far superior investment, IMO. Ammo is truly a "fungible" item; gold & silver aren't at all. They may be "intrinsic", but they're utterly-useless in a collapsing/collapsed society or world. Do the requisite research, as I've done. BTW, how are you stocked-up for incandescent light bulbs? Within 4 weeks, manufacturing and using 100w incandescent will become "a crime", thanks to stupid-assed, liberal moron chimp, shit-for-brains, George W Bush & Co, in 2007. You'll be forced, under penalty-of-law, to use the very expensive,

dangerous and short-lived CFLs (Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs). Better stock-up NOW on 60w, 75w and 100w incandescents, where and when you can find them, before they become unavailable and illegal!

This government's ***CRIMINALLY NUTS***, in trying to regulate our use of anything and everything! It's fascism, socialism, Leninism and communism, dammit, and it won't stand!
