Was it the miasma of cognitive dissonance blackening the air-space over the DC swamp that caused the deadly collision of AA Flight 5342 and a Blackhawk Helicopter this week — an impenetrable fog arising from the fetid exhalations of so many hyperventilating swamp creatures brooding between the urges of fight-or-flight as Mr. Trump deploys his chosen pest-controllers across the Potomac Basin? A man’s assertion that he is a woman, and his requirement that others honor this falsehood, is not consistent with the humility and selflessness required of a White House service member.

Altogether, these many parasitical swamp creatures make up the greater DC blob, and the blob convulsing and fibrillating is what you witness in these committee hearings with Bobby, Tulsi, and Kash. For instance, fake “progressive” Bernie Sanders (D-VT) faced with the reveal that he leads his colleagues in pharma “contributions” (just under $2-million) . . . or fake Cherokee Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) in a fugue state over the perceived threat of Mr. Kennedy to pharma profits . . . or presidential pardon recipient Adam Schiff (D-CA) lecturing Mr. Patel on ethical behavior. . . or Ms. Gabbard enduring the meltdown of Senate Intel Committee tool Michael Bennet (D-CO).

Behind these histrionics by the big gators and peccaries of the collapsing Democratic Party is pure scintillating fear. They are afraid that all of their hoaxes and lies of recent years will be exposed in the months ahead. And they fear that such exposure might lead eventually to legal complications for them. All of that implies loss-of-power, the single element that demonically drives their careers.

The fact is they have already lost their grip on the levers of power and, for the moment, that is all that matters. They especially no longer control the Department of Justice, its subsidiary, the FBI, the many public health agencies under Health and Human Services, and the many-footed intel “community,” as it styles itself. These agencies are where the truth about our national affairs has been locked up. Now, the citizens will either see what’s there, or find out what has been deliberately destroyed — such as the internal agency email correspondence over RussiaGate, the Covid-19 operation (and the deadly vaxx campaign), the J-6 affair (and the pipe-bomb sideshow), the weird, documented irregularities of the 2020 election, the Ukraine War money-laundering shenanigans, the manifold janky DOJ prosecutions of Mr. Trump, and much more.

Every day now since January 20, heads explode all over DC as the executive orders roll out and the insanity of whatever lurked behind “Joe Biden” gets systematically expunged from the order of things. And as this happens, the more plainly deranged the past four years looks. Did they really believe that men dressing-up as women would improve the US military? Or was it a traitorous effort to weaken and demoralize our armed forces? Was DEI a public ethics exercise or a massive jobs program for incompetents?

In what way did “Joe Biden’s” Department of Homeland Security imagine that funneling known criminals, certified lunatics, and saboteurs across the border squared with their duty to protect and defend the country? And how did it happen that US taxpayers’ money got shelled out to fake “religious” NGOs in Mexico minting debit cards for border-jumpers, handing them wads of cash, cell phones, airplane tickets, fully-equipped backpacks, and apps for evading arrest? In effect these NGOs took over the exact job description of “coyote” formerly performed by the criminal cartels — leaving the cartels free for the more lucrative rackets of dealing fentanyl and trafficking women and children.

The corruption in all this has been supernatural, and the fact that, until late 2024, seventy-million Democratic Party American voters thought this was all okay is extra-supernatural. What happened to their minds? The cliché of “Trump derangement” doesn’t really answer that. What it probably comes down to was the stunningly successful mind-fucking operation run by the blob (the CIA and the darker elements of the DOD in particular), in league with captured news media, to bend and distort the consensual perception of reality — all of which leads to the question: why?

The two main answers to that seem to be 1) Some organized entity seeking to destroy the country for instance, the Chinese Communist Party, or the World Economic Forum, or 2) that the blob had evolved into such an overt criminal racketeering operation that it increasingly and desperately needed to keep covering its mighty ass. Thus, the Democratic Party became the blob’s enforcer and the news media became its propaganda arm. And the “thinking class” of America especially got ignominiously hosed by all that.

There’s a pretty good chance that blob agents in the Senate will successfully block the confirmations of Bobby, Tulsi, and Kash. They are all superlative candidates for the particular jobs at HHS, ODNI, and the FBI. But know this: excellent as they are, there are a great many other worthy, dedicated, and stalwart warriors in this land who can take their places if necessary. The blob has already lost in the political battle-space. All they can manage at this point is some rearguard action.

A Day In The Life.

Up at 8:30a on Friday -- a cloudy, drizzly, cold 39°F morning -- I went thru my finger stick to check my BSL (Blood Sugar Level) and recorded it on my Diabetes 2 chart, made coffee, skipped the two 50mg Tramadol and the 300mg Gabapentin for various pains, fired-up the Win-7 Pentium HP Desktop to let 32 million lines of code load, had a couple smokes in the garage and checked the leftover errands list. I scanned the weather forecasts and news headlines.

Ah ha! Just what I thought and said here in the "Journal", last week: "The lawsuit represents nearly 1,000 individuals who went to school to become air traffic controllers. They passed the normal test to obtain the position right before the Obama administration said the class was too white and threw out the tests with the applicants, the suit alleges."

Lots of rain coming up from the South, and even more snow/ice just to the North, moving thru from the Midwest. I'm glad it isn't snow for us. Heh, I'm ready for Spring.

I had a delivery from Weis Market (Enola, PA), had lunch, tried to take a snooze, but gave up -- too much coffee, most likely -- and went back to scanning news headlines and weather reports. I had some dinner, and settled-in to watch the evening news on FNC, when a medium-sized Lear Jet 55 -- a medical mercy/emergency flight -- crashed and exploded in NE Philadelphia. Wow, what a jet fuel and O2 canister fireball. 6 dead, on the plane. 6+ injured, on the ground. Unexploded O2 tanks and a massive debris field, up to a ¼ mile away from the massive crater on Cottman Blvd, site of the crash. The Philadelphia Fire Depts are trying to get it all under control, but it's a widespread 5-alarm fire, with multiple buildings and vehicles incinerated, and numerous on-ground victims. Another sad night. RIP to the dead. My gut is that it was an O2 fire and in-cabin explosion which caused the plane to crash.

The ongoing investigation,paused overnight, will yield some more facts, tomorrow. I watched both Fox News' and CNN's coverage of the event, until almost 2a, and bagged it for the night.

Up at 8a on Saturday, a sunny, cold 34° morning, I upped the heat, made coffee, had a couple smokes in the open garage, fed the squirrels and bluejays, and watched the news updates on last night's plane crash in Philly, and the continuing recovery of bodies in the DC plane-helo crash. A bad week for aviation. Especially when an ATC leaves work early, and another ATC has to do that job, too. That's criminal.

I joined Fox News TV to get updated on last night's Philly plane crash and the Wednesday DC plane-helo crash. Casualties: 7 dead and 19 injured in Philly. Just damn. RIP.

I lounged around all morning, and finally got ready for the day, just after 12 noon. I had some lunch and a few condo chores to do, in prep for tomorrow. Still continuing coverage of the 2 airline disasters, so I followed each for a quick update. By 5p, it was dusk, temps were dropping and I closed the condo. After dinner, I scanned the news headlines and some interesting articles on my HP Desktop, watched FNC's evening news and switched to History's "unXplained Mysteries" until 12 midnight; lights out.

Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow on Sunday morning, signaling six more weeks of winter.

Up at 9a on Sunday, an overcast, bitter cold 22°, I fired-up the furnace to 75°, made coffee, checked the weather maps and news on the desktop. Coffee, coffee, coffee. I fed the critters outside and had to cut it short, as it was too cold to sit there watching them feed, in my Turkish Bathrobe. 6 more weeks of Winter, says Phil. BFD. It's Winter. Way past time to DESTROY PETA, once and for all!

I got ready for the day, started the 1st load of laundry, and made a 3rd carafe of Italian "Espresso" Coffee -- end of the bag, so a new bag of Jamaican Blue Mountain is next. I tried to watch some recent Michael Savage Podcasts, but at 82, he wanders all over the place, and can't seem to 'finish' a thought. Back in the mid/late-90s, Savage was one of my go-to radio guy, even before Rush was. but time changes everything and everyone, and he's now meandering all over the place. Still, he's good to listen to.

The snow, sleet and freezing rain started around 6p, and continued for 3-4 hours, with this notice posted on all Susquehanna Valley websites, TV and radio stations:

• IF TRAVELING: Persons should delay all travel if possible. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution and be prepared for sudden changes in visibility. After dinner, I watched the news, soon switching to the new season of History's "Ancient Aliens" until 1:30a, and unplugged.

Up at 8a, a cloudy, ¼" - ½" iced-over, bitter cold 29°, morning. I upped the heat, made Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, had a couple smokes in the cold garage, fed the squirrels and 2 cardinals, Everything was coated in ice, and very little traffic was moving, but temps were forecast to hit 55° this afternoon. The Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee was freaking amazing, as usual. By 10, temps had warmed-up enough that ice was melting, and neighbors who were also "iced-in", were venturing out to get to work.

While scanning the news headlines, I ran across this gem in a "PJMedia" article, on "X" (which I'm still suspended from). Heh. No wonder the demonKKKrat party is all f•cked-up. Here's their party's chair-selection process. I almost choked on my coffee while listening to the dumbassed moron to try to explain that mentally-ill crap.

Uh-oh, another but more serious ice/snow/sleet Winter Storm "Freya" is heading our way, mid-week. Hey, it's Winter!

With errands and chores finally done, I took a 90min nap around 3p, closed the condo as temps dropped and dusk arrived, and had some dinner. After the news, I switched to MT's "Iron Resurrection" and then to the Weather Channel at 11, to check the next Winter Storm's progress. By 12:30a, I was fading and, with my cleaning lady and friend, JoAnne, in at 8:30, I'd need to get up early. Lights out.

Up at 4:45a on Tuesday -- the alarm was set for 6a -- I upped the heat, made coffee and had a smoke in the garage. A sunny, clear. windy and cold 29° morning, it was forecast to hit the mid-40s, but the upcoming weather forecasts sucked. Ice & snow coming Thursday morning, again Saturday and next Tuesday. Joanne arrived at 8:30a and got to work. Tired, I crashed on the LR couch for 2hrs, got back up for lunch and some condo chores. A ***Winter Weather Advisory*** was posted everywhere.

After JoAnne left around 11:30, I began following the weather websites' maps and changing forecasts, and finished-up a small pile of paperwork on my desk. I cleared off the butcher block dining room table, and laid out my annual tax prep weapons: calculator, pencils, paperclips, stapler, yellow legal pad, and 1"+ thick files of receipts and 1099s. I had some dinner, watched the evening news and switched to History's "Curse of Oak Island" until 11p, checked the weather maps and forecast one last time, and unplugged.

Up at 8a on Wednesday, an overcast, cold 29°, no snow morning (forecast fizzled). I made coffee, scanned the numerous weather maps and news headlines, tuned into the "CP Show LIVE", from 9-12. Nothing. No "winter ice storm" in sight, as of 11a. I had breakfast, got ready for the day, checked 5 voicemails, and 139 emails. heh. Updates to the ***Winter Weather Advisory*** was posted to all the usual media places.

I've been watching with delight as Trump & Musk are gutting the corrupt, criminal USAID scumbags' vipers' nest. Here's a tiny bit of USAID's corrupt "donations" list -- my head explodes every time I read it -- where OUR MONEY IS GOING:

•"$50 million to fund condoms in Gaza,
•$1.5 million to advance DEI in Serbia's workplaces,
•$70,000 for the production of a DEI musical in Ireland,
•$47,000 on a transgender opera in Colombia,
•$32,000 for a transgender comic in Peru,

•$4 million of funding for the Center for Climate-Positive Development,
•$12 million in support services to the Bureau for Resilience, Environment, and Food Security,

•$3 million in non-emergency funding to provide evaluation services for planning and learning programs,
•$600,000 to fund technical assistance for family planning in Latin America."

While listening to FNC, I heard Trump say he wants to "own Gaza" by taking it over, disarming it, demolishing it, and rebuilding it into the "Riveira of the Mideast" -- Beirut used to be that place, until the Mideast muslim(SPIT!) wars in the 70s, 80s, 90s & early-2000s -- at a cost of TRILLIONS and many more American lives. A bit of American History: In his Farewell Address, George Washington warned against regionalism, political parties, and foreign influence. He believed that these threats could divide the country and undermine the republic. Despite his military background and being the only general to be elected president in the 20th century, Dwight D. Eisenhower warned the nation with regard to the corrupting influence of what he describes as the "military-industrial complex" (MIC). That very same MIC has corrupted and compromised America for 150+ years, and promoted many "wars without end". Bad idea, POTUS&Co.

Sherry called just before lunch to let me know she was still coming by to visit, after her morning app't and she needed to get some errands done. I had a couple to do also, so we settled on 2p. After a trip to Rite Aid to p?u 3 waiting Rxs, I drove east to Saubel's Market, and ran into Sherry shopping there! LOL; fancy that! Back home, I unloaded the stuff, and Sherry arrived. We had 2 nice hours together, as I kept checking weather maps for the oncoming Winter Ice Storm "Freya". After dinner, I watched the news, switched to Discovery's "Expedition X", and unplugged at 1a.

Up at 7:30a on Thursday, a snowy, ICE covering everything, a very cold 31°, overcast morning, with more ICE to come throughout the morning, according to the maps. I upped the heat, made coffee and had a smoke in the garage. Damn, that Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee is g-o-o-d. 400 business and school closings around the York area, as the freezing rain/sleet continues. I scanned the weather maps and news headlines, as usual.

The demonKKKrats are squealing like stuck pigs and startled ducks, about Trump's DOGE pointman, Elon Musk, and it's hilarious: UpChuck Shit-For-Brains-Schuuuuuuuumer, ranted stupidity, sambo lowlife dirtbag moron US Rep Al Green wants to impeach DJT again, dumbassed bitch filth AOC bimbo, is also after Musk. Hilarious idiots on parade! The demonKKKrat party is truly a mental illness.

I had Biscuits, Sausage Gravy, Eggs, Sausage & Breakfast Potatoes, for lunch, did some cleaning in the garage, and grabbed a short nap on the LR couch. By 4p, 90% of the ice had melted, at 38°, and tomorroiw was forecast to by in the mid-40s. Temps dropped and I closed the condo. A ***Dense Fog Advisory*** was posted locally, but I'm stayuing off the roads tonite. Due to the huge lunch, I skipped dinner, had a small snack and watched the news. History's "American Pickers" was on, and I switched to that thru the evening, until 11p. Lights out.

Tomorrow starts a new week here in the "Journal", and it's another clear one for me. More ice/snow storms are forecast for Saturday, next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday -- those will probably change -- so I'll wait to plan anything w/ Sherry until the end of the weekend and the forecast becomes clearer. Life is good. One hour-day-week-month and year at a time.

USAID Is A Front For The CIA.

This USAID story is eliciting reactions that seem surprising to most people. Let me break down the real story for you. A short ??1/

USAID is a front for the CIA. They are an unaccountable agency, under the cover of humanitarian efforts overseas, who operate via various NGOs, to carry out domestic operations. 2/

When the dust settles we are going to find out that most of the domestic terror we have seen the last few years (think BLM and INTIFA riots) were funded by USAID. That is just the tip of the iceberg. 3/

They have been able to get away with this for so long because almost everyone in elected office in DC is either getting paid, just like the media orgs, or they are scared to raise the ire of USAID. 4/

Trump knew all of this which is why USAID was the very first government agency to get shut down. It is the conduit through which most of the deep state in DC operate. Now it is gone. 5/

The shrill responses from the uniparty eunuchs will grow louder until their own corruption is revealed. Buckle up. When all is revealed it will not only end many political careers, but there will be convictions and prison sentences. 6/

The USAID Scandal Is Getting Worse By The Minute.

The data is coming in so hot and fast today that it's all I can do not to fall behind too much, but the numbers all tell the same story: the Mainstream Legacy Media is a bought-and-paid-for arm of the Deep State. So while I was busy researching how more than $8 million in tax money went to Politico...

...you did see that story, didn't you?

If not, here's the gist: 

Politico's financials aren't public. I found estimates today that its 2023 revenues were as high as $400-plus million and as low as $7 million. Whatever the case, nobody, and I mean nobody forgets who paid it $8 million in subscription fees. 

Anyway, a couple of hours later, Ian Miles Cheong reported, "The US Government gave the New York Times tens of millions of dollars over just the past 5 years despite paying relatively little money to the NYT in the years preceding 2021." We know who came into power in 2021. "For instance, in August 2024, the US government awarded $4.1 million to the NYT."

"The bulk of the funds came from the US Department of Health and Human Services at $26.90m, followed by the National Science Foundation at $19.15m."

Interesting that it was DHHS and the NSF ponying up 50 million American taxpayer dollars to a paper owned by a Mexican billionaire at a time when Washington wanted to silence certain voices on health issues pertaining to the emergence of COVID and the ridiculous government measures taken to "combat" it. 

This post from Mike Benz was succinct and mind-blowingly on point:

USAID was ordered into existence by President John F. Kennedy as a cheap and nimble means of countering Soviet aid and influence in the developing world. Even then, he saw the State Department as too hidebound and bureaucratic. But USAID has morphed into a $60 billion — $70 billion? — slush fund for largely domestic causes that are Soviet in their ambitions. 

Don't think just because we're learning all of this courtesy of Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and the DOGE boys that we've won the war. Aesthetica —  a reliable X source with Democrat friends in high places — claims that one connection told him that "initial plans by the Democrats is to have their people at USAID hide the partisan funding under 'unimpeachable initiatives.' They will push back really hard on certain line items that on their face look like reasonable USAID expenditures and hide their political spending under these programs.”

That sounds exactly right. There's too much money at stake for anyone to simply roll over.

And what the hell? Look at this: "U.S. Government Caught Funding 'Large Scale Social Deception' Through Thomson Reuters Special Services." 

A newly uncovered federal contract shows that Thomson Reuters Special Services LLC (TRSS) was awarded over $9 million for a secretive program labeled “Active Social Engineering Defense (ASED) Large Scale Social Deception (LSD).” 

The contract, issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), suggests the U.S. government is funding large-scale influence operations designed to shape public narratives.

Thomson Reuters Special Services is owned by the same parent company as the Reuters "news" agency. 

The worst of all this influence and grift — and I'll admit up front my bias and vested interest here — is the millions fed to legacy media dinosaurs while we alternative media mammals scurry around, deprived of sunlight.

I relish competing in a free marketplace, particularly the marketplace of ideas. This is America, after all, and I'm a capitalist, and so is my employer.

But it's hardly a free marketplace of ideas — when taxes from my paycheck find themselves in the bank accounts of my commercial and ideological competitors. "You are the media now," Elon Musk told X users last year. Axios CEO Jim VandeHei angrily shot back, "My message to Elon Musk is b*lls**t. You're not the media!"

But the fact is, we are the media. The First Amendment is for everybody, not just for the credentialed "media class" represented by the likes of NPR, Politico, and every other outfit that either takes taxpayer dollars or wields its size like a club against the free speech of others — all to prop up a federal government grown oppressively large.
