a logical explanation

The most remarkable feature of the UFO swarm that began November 18 over New Jersey and then expanded in short order to infest New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Oregon, Minnesota, California, Texas (and where else?), with an average of 92 sightings per night, and that continues wholly unabated through the present day, is its persistence. The swarm persists unabated, the public demand that the government explain persists unabated, and the government stonewall of the public demand persists unabated. This persistence reveals how ineptly the government reads the public mood.
[FULL TITLE: "The UFO swarm yields to a logical explanation".]
The great lesson of COVID—well known to all the unwashed who lived through it—is that the government and all its acolytes and running dogs, including, among others, the media, Big Science, and Big Pharma, are liars who care not a whit about the rest of us. The very reason we elected Donald Trump for the third time is that we believe he cares.
Do they think we slept through COVID? Do they think we were fooled by it? Do they think we missed its message?
We, the unwashed, must understand there are only three options for the government stonewall. The government is duplicitous, incompetent, or genuinely blindsided.
Moreover, there are only five plausible sources for this UFO swarm: The swarm originates in either the USA, Private Enterprise, China, Russia, or ET. These five swarm source options above are not mutually exclusive. For example, the swarm might originate in a collaboration between China and Russia or China and ET.
When the truth is finally learned, it might be illuminating, disappointing, or frightening.
Trump says the government must disclose what’s going on or “shoot them down.” Chris Christie says continued stonewalling will create vigilantes. Trump seems to think that the government knows all about this and is choosing to conceal the relevant information, which means this is all a demonstration of something. For whatever reason, the stonewall continues.
But now, at long last, there is a development that offers some light on the situation. The Daily Mail has reported that “An interactive map has revealed a disturbing pattern in drone sightings across the US.”
The “disturbing pattern” is that the unexplained UFO swarm “has targeted America’s military bases worldwide since October, beginning with a swarm over Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.”
So, the swarm has focused on US military bases! Many people have surmised this all along, and it now appears they were correct.
From all this, we can conclude, not with mathematical certainty, but with considerable probability:
1. Neither the US nor private enterprise is the source.
2. The US military knows what is going on.
3. The military has informed the White House of what is going on.
4. The White House judges that the public should not be told.
The question then is, “Why?”
The inquiring mind can freely roam over numerous conjectures answering to “why”, but the single most probable is that the government fears being exposed as impotent to deal with the swarm.

Up at 0a on Friday, I went thru my finger stick to check my BSL (Blood Sugar Level) and recorded it on my Diabetes 2 chart, made coffee and held-off on breakfast, skipped the two 50mg Tramadol and a 300mg Gabapentin for various pains, fired-up the Win-7 Pentium HP Desktop to let 32 million lines of code load, had a couple smokes in the garage and checked the to-do list.
I tuned into the "CS Best Of Show" for a short while, scanned the FNC news headlines and weather, and organized the day. It was a sunny, but very cold 26°F, and no wind, start to the day. I made coffee, had a couple smokes in the cold garage, fed the squirrels and bluejays, and got ready for the day. Sis called to let me know she was stopping by with 4 large containers of her famous Ham & Bean Soup -- almost as good as Mom's -- from the Christmas Day Bone-In Ham, and with one of her older, unused Dyson Heaters for the garage, and she arrived just before 12 noon. We had a nice visit, and after she left, I had some errands to do and left at 1p.
Back by 2:30 -- traffic was heavy, but I stayed in the immediate area away from the worst of it -- I had some of Sis' soup and a Ham Sandwich. The afternoon's are too short now for a nap, unless I'm on the LR couch by 12:30p, so I did some condo chores and computer work until 6. Rain coming for the next 3-4 days, and it was pouring outside. Glad that isn't snow. I watched the evening news and switched over to Discovery's "Gold Rush" for the evening. Lights out at 11:30.
Sleeping in until near 10a, I got up to make coffee, up the heat, have a smoke, and scan the news headlines and weather forecast. A rainy, cloudy, 'balmy' 41° start to the day. I saw this funny bit, on linked in FR: "Trump supporter looks on with amusement at other Trump supporters, as they speak about woketards upset with the election results." Heh. After breakfast, I got ready for the day, did a couple quick, nearby errands and finished-off the dwindling paperwork pile on my office-sunroom desk. It rained on-and-off all day, and will for the next few days. In the low-50s, and better than snow.
Dark by 4:40p, and with temps dropping, I closed the condo, had some dinner and watched the news. Another plane crash tragedy -- 2 in 2 weeks -- and not much else in the news. Here's the actual crash video. An NBC (Nothing But Crap) TV night, so I watched one of my old "Jesse Stone" (Tom Selleck) movies on the computer until 11, and called it a day.
Up around 10a on Sunday, a cloudy, VERY WINDY, rainy, mid-50s, windy morning, I made coffee, had a smoke and fed the squirrels, checked the news and weather, and started the day after copious amounts of coffee. Lots of chores to do, and by 4p, I'd gotten it all done, made 2 3oz crabcake melts for a late lunch, and watched some Weather Channel news/forecasts.
Both recycle and garbage bins were blown down, by the very strong winds, several times, so going back once more in the dark and rain, I left them upright at curb's edge, since the yard slopes down to the street, and the 35-50mph wind is playing havoc with all bins on this side of the street. OK, Carter died at 100 today, but why does the "in memoriam" crap go on all day? He was a SHITTY LOUSY PRESIDENT, in so many ways to America and the world, that I don't want to speak ill of the dead, but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. RIP, anyway. I remember the odd/even days' gas lines, in Miami and back up in NJ/NYC, and the West-friendly Shah of Iran being deposed by the incoming murderous, subhuman, radical Islamists(SPIT!) taking over Persia/Iran, 52 US Hostages held for 444 days until Reagan got them freed, 21% interest rates. Gave away our/America's Panama Canal for 41. And much more from that bastard, Carter.
I called Sherry to find out how she was doing, and we set aside a day for the coming week, IF she's feeling better.
After dinner, I watched the evening news, switched to History's "un-Xplained Mysteries" and a Weather Channel series called "Wicked Planet" until 12 midnight, and unplugged.
At 1:05a, I still wasn't asleep, and rolled over. At 2a, I went downstairs to get a ½ Ambien -- I take a 12.5mg CR (Continuing Release) nightly -- which finally let me visit La-La Land. Too much going on in my head... finally, S-L-E-E-P.
Up at 7:30a on Monday, a sunny, 'balmy' 48°, no wind, I upped the heat, made Kona Coffee, tuned into the "CS Show w/ Good Sub" (990am The Answer), had a few smokes in the open garage, and fed the squirrels and bluejays. By 9, the "CP Show w/ Lousy Sub" (WMAL in DC) was on and I'd made a 2nd carafe of the amazing Kona, and organized my day. I decided to leave early, CP's sub is awful, get the errands done and get back to maybe have a short snooze on the LR couch. After picking-up several neighbors' recycle boxes strewn all over the street by the 35-45mph wind, I left at 11:45a for points south, on my usual Monday trip.
Traffic was heavy, in spots, but manageable. Nothing to p/u at DeVono's Cleaners, so I just had a drop-off. The Christmas and New Year Holidays play havoc with the cleaner's schedules. Well, duh. But I made decent time and made a final stop at Rite Aid Pharmacy to p/u several Rxs -- I encountered an 84yo black woman, who was upset by Carter's passing, and tried to get into a Carter vs Trump screaming match with me, but I deftly avoided that -- and I was back home by 1:30p. As I pulled into the driveway, there were 6 large shopping bags from Weis Market/Amazon Prime on my porch, delivered a few minutes before I got home, according to a neighbor across the street. I got the last week's mail, and went thru it, unpacked the 6 bags of groceries and "recycled" a pile of paper/plastic. {Recycling is a phony-baloney scam, and I might do the article on it, for Jan 10th; we'll see.)
With much colder temps for the rest of the week and weekend, and snow in the forecast for next week, many of the neighbors were out in the "tropical" 61°, taking down the Christmas displays. I'll probably keep the wreath on my front door, for another week or so. Temps began dropping as the sun set, around 4:45p, so I closed the place down, fired-up the furnace and did a couple chores. After dinner, I watched the news, then switched to History's "Ancient Aliens" and to Motor Trend's "Iron Resurrection" until 12midnight. Good night, Irene.
Up at 8:15a on Tuesday, a sunny, cold 37° forecast to get into the mid-50s -- last gasp of Fall before the Winter weather arrives -- and we'll be near back to "normal". I made coffee, had a couple smokes in the open garage, fed the squirrels and bluejays, and saw that I had 2 large, heavy packages on the teak bench at the front porch, under the overhang. New Year's Eve Day. Heh. I scanned the weather forecasts and news headlines, tuned into the "CP Show LIVE" w/ sub -- that's all that's on... subs and "Best Of" shows -- so I just grit my teeth and tolerated it.
I made a 4-stack of French Toast for breakfast, got ready for the day, and started getting heavy packages moved from the front porch, to the garage, opened-up and put away. I was just wondering... where did all the "Drones in NJ!" stories go? From the evening news to obscurity in a day or two.
Light rain arrived just before 6p, and heavy, severe t-storms, 40-50mph wind, followed in minutes. I had a Ham Sandwich and Ham & Bean Soup for dinner, watched the evening news on FNC, and switched to History for "Ancient Aliens" until 12:30a, missed the Times Square BS, and called it a day/week/month/year at 1a.
Up at 8:30a on Wednesday -- first day of 2025 -- a quiet, sunny, very windy, 41° morning, forecast to get to only 46°. Cooler, colder, snowy Winter weather ahead. Good! I made more delicious "Farm Hand" Kona Coffee, tuned into the "CP Show Best Of" Show, scanned the weather forecast and news headlines. There were ***HIGH WIND WARNING*** notices posted everywhere, on local websites. Common sense, everyone.

I was startled, but not-at-all surprised, to read about the NOLA "terrorism attack" at 3a, leaving 10 13 15 dead and 35+ injured, by this murderous islamic(SPIT!)jihadi filth, who crossed into the US from Mexico. Thanks to the corrupt, criminal Bidet-Hairass regime, he crossed freely, likely wo/ ID and background vetting, to murder Americans after renting a truck. Supposedly, he was from Texas. I'd have bet $5 that the terrorism attack would have happened in NYC's Times Square with a lot more casualties, but I'd have lost the bet. Too much security there, as opposed to NOLA.
Here he is, dead. Here he is, doing YT prior to his muslim(SPIT!), jihad terrorist attack dead. Good riddance.
Nowhere to go, nothing to do, and no one to do it with.GOD sent DC a clear message, last evening: GET THE LEFTIST, LOWLIFE FILTH OUT OF THE US CONGRESS, AND GET THE COUNTRY CLEANED-UP AND BACK TO ME!
Here's what I use -- YCDES -- to find "incidents" in the York County area, affecting traffic and road conditions. (H/T Sherry).
After dinner, I watched the usual FNC News and switched to History's "American Pickers" until 11, and over then to Discovery's "Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch", until 12:30a. Lights out.
Up at 8:30a on Thursday, a sunny, very windy, cold 31° morning, forecast to hit 4141° later, with light snow coming this evening. I could have slept thru 2-3 hours more, if it wasn't so sunny and bright; darnit. I upped the heat, made coffee, opened the garage for fresh air, and to have a couple smokes, fed the squirrels, and scanned the news.
It's amazing, but not unexpected, that every talk show host has their own 'theory' of the connection between the CEO assassination in NYC 2 weeks ago, the NOLA pedestrian ramming and the Trump hotel truck bombing. With the FBI releasing virtually nothing -- claiming their 'investigations' are still in-progress -- there's not many facts available; just circumstantial suppositions, to piece together. Just normal for them, when they have zero information.
I had breakfast, got ready for the day, with Sherry stopping by around 1p. We had a very good 3hrs together, before it started getting dark and much colder, and she left around 4:30p. Snow squalls moved from the northwest to the southeast, right thru the York area, and we got a light dusting, but no measurable accumulation. I'd closed down, turned-on the new Dyson heater, to warm-up the garage and scanned the news headlines. After dinner, I watched the news, a couple FNC -- much better with the subs than original Fox News morons, IMO -- shows about the NOLA massacre and Las Vegas Truck bombing, and my anger kept growing at the muslim(SPIT!) jihadi terrorist filth who committed those horrors.
By 11p, I was tired of the computer and TV 'blue screens', decompressed and bagged it for the night.
Tomorrow starts a new year's full week, here in the "Journal" and, with only a midweek Dr's app't, it's a clear week. I'll call Sherry over the weekend to set aside a day or two, for us. Meanwhile, the murderous, blood-gurgling, troglodyte-from-hell muzzies(SPIT!) aren't finished with us yet. If you CCW, carry extra mags, as I do.
How My 2024 Predictions Went -- And Some Predictions for 2025.
In my January 1, 2024, column entitled “Top Twenty Terrible Predictions for 2024,” I noted that, “Every year, I offer you my predictions for the coming trip around the Sun, and every year, I’m mostly wrong.” Back then, I predicted that “I think [2024] will be a disaster.” Shows what I know. Personally, I had two houses flood from broken plumbing and practically became a general contractor. That sucked. But in the macro, it was a pretty good year for America.
I predicted that “Trump is not going to be subject to any federal trials this year…. The state cases might, but they are idiotic too.” I also predicted that “the 14th Amendment nonsense is going to get shot down. I thought Hunter would plead out. As expected, Joe Biden was “not held accountable for his crimes.”
Then there was this: “I really like Ron DeSantis, but there’s a significant chance that Donald Trump is going to be the nominee.” Oh, but then I ruined it by predicting that “if he is the nominee, he picks Nikki Haley and, for reasons I will set out in an upcoming Townhall column, that’s a good idea…from his perspective.” Boy, did that column stir the pot! I also correctly predicted that “she’ll continue to spew consultant-generated corporate-friendly cliches and hack talking points as she seeks to turn back the clock on Republicanism twenty years.”
I predicted that “Israel is going to rout Hamas,” but also that “there will be some sort of talks to resolve the Ukraine open wound.” I was right that “the Houthis will continue to humiliate America and will be on the receiving end of a few puny airstrikes.” At home, I foresaw leftist riots. Those did not happen. I predicted that “the border crisis will continue unabated,” and Biden pretended to abate it a little bit. I also correctly saw that “the GOP squish caucus will enter into a compromise to solve it.” Senator Jim Amnesty Lankford makes an appearance in my “Biggest Idiots of 2024” column.
I was right that we would win the Senate but wrong when I predicted that “we will lose the House because we are Republicans and Republicans are stupid.” In fact, we won it, barely, because Republicans are stupid. I was wrong when I predicted a Supreme Court vacancy to be filled by “a pinko BIPOC differently-abled nonbinary two-spirit of heft.”
I was right when I predicted that wokeness would peak and begin to decline. I was right that “the women’s Olympic medals will all be won by men, proving that men are better than women at everything, including being women.” I was also right that “the Regime Media will suffer more layoffs and bankruptcies, and there will be much rejoicing.” I expected the football guy to dump Taylor Swift. I don’t know whether that happened or not.
I was doing pretty well until I got here: “Joe Biden is not going to be replaced, and he will be on the ballot in November. I’m not sure if he’ll know it, though. Man, picking Kamala Harris was the greatest insurance policy anybody ever took out.” I further opined that “the Democrats will win in November.” In my defense, I said that hoping “my track record of being wrong about my predictions holds up.” It held up, thankfully.
Here’s what I think will happen in 2025:
The Senate will confirm almost all of Trump’s nominees because the Senate Republicans will, amazingly, choose not to be stupid.
The House Republicans will choose to be stupid, predictably. They will fight over the speakership and eventually settle on Speaker Johnson. He will then screw up the reconciliation process. Half of the GOP caucus will want the status quo and will not compromise, and half will not want the status quo and will not compromise. Also, random deaths, arrests, and betrayals will mean the majority is always precarious. I expect to barely keep it.
The tech overlords will get past the visa fight but grow frustrated at the resistance to DOGE’s campaign. There is a chance they will depart from their temporary coalition with the GOP.
The economy will boom under Trump, as in the eighties under Reagan. Sadly, our new music will not be similarly awesome.
The Houthis will learn about war the hard way when we stop taking guff from these desert dorks under President Trump.
China will not invade Taiwan because they are scared of Trump. They will keep building up forces though.
Trump will end the war in Ukraine, or at least stop the fighting and replace it with a Slavic mini-Cold War. That beats the current bloodbath. No one will be happy about it except those of us sick of the butchery.
Israel will end the war in Gaza by killing all those semi-human terrorist slugs. But the hostages will be mostly murdered.
Iran’s mullahs will behave or die. Personally, I prefer option two.
Canada will not become our 51st state, but Castro’s dumb son will get tossed out. We won’t buy Greenland; frankly, we should just take it.
SCOTUS will remind the lower courts that it means what it said about there being a right to keep and bear arms that shall not be infringed.
Joni Ernst and/or Thom Tillis will face a serious primary.
A bunch of soft Republicans will try yet another amnesty ploy labeled as “comprehensive immigration reform.” This means they will try to screw over the American First people. They will fail.
JD Vance will become Trump’s go-to Mr. Fix-it. He will not get Kamala’d into the background. The regime media will try to drive a wedge between him and Trump, who will compromise to get what he really wants. This will fail.
Kamala Harris will not run for California governor. Her fellow Democrats will treat her like a herpetic incel.
Joe Biden will disappear from public view. His decline will accelerate. There will be many tell-all books on his dementia and the regime media will decide that they need to make up for giving him a pass by lying about Trump twice as hard.
Trump will pardon most every J6 defendant. The establishment will cry about it, but after Hunter, the murderers and the Chinese perverts Crusty pardoned, no one will care.
Pete Hegseth will lead the military to much improved readiness and recruiting numbers, and his purge of the deadwood will be welcomed by all true patriots.
Scott Jennings will ditch CNN for a primetime Fox show.
There will be a “People’s Republic”/Kelly Turnbull graphic novel, and maybe even a movie/series deal after some right-wing billionaires figure out that winning in the pop culture arena has more impact than funding yet another white paper on regulatory reform written by a bow-tied nerd at the American Forum for Liberty, Eagles, Families, and Forums.
Once again, see you in 12 months, assuming these idiots have not caused a nuclear and/or civil war in the meantime so that I can give you some more inevitably wrong predictions for 2026.
