The people's refusal, as Americans, to stand and demand that The Rule of Law be restored and honored, and that those who refuse to do so be impeached, if in the US Government, to stand trial for their criminal abuses.
I keep hearing people ask when I, or someone else, will "lead" on this issue.
Why do you ask where the "leader" is?
"We The People", do not need "leaders" to resolve this problem.
We all need to personally grow a pair of balls to replace that vacuum between our legs, or nestled in our pelvic area where our ovaries are supposed to be.
We need to get off our lazy asses and stop demanding that someone else take care of what our job as citizens of this nation actually is: self-government.
You do not have the right to health care.
You do not have the right to a job.
You do not have the right to go to college.
You do not have the right to a house.
You do not have the right to food.
You do not have the right to a 60" Plasma TV.
You do not have the right to a Cadillac Escalade.
You do have the right of effort to generate some form of economic activity, by your own hand and mind, for yourself and those you have as dependents through your own actions, such as your children, who exist because of your actions – your exercise of the power to create life. You may then expend the fruits of that economic activity as you see fit, because such is your property; you earned it through an honest exchange with another.
You do have the Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, but not the guarantee of happiness. This means that all of the above – every single one of those abuses that have been served upon you – are unlawful.
But those three rights only exist so long as you will stand and defend them. A person is a victim only until he or she gives consent.
Put a different way: the only difference between sex and rape, is consent.
As soon as you consent to the frauds and abuses heaped upon you, they cease to be frauds and abuses, and become part of a sick sado-masochistic ritual you have willingly allowed upon yourself.
They remain so until you stand and demand that it stop, backing that demand with whatever defensive force is necessary to stop what has now become a rape, rather than sex.
It is for that reason that I am an absolutist on where the Second Amendment's boundaries lie. It is impossible as a matter of logic, for me or anyone else to depend on someone else to stop a criminal who intends to take my life or that of those in my care, irrespective of how we would otherwise design such a social system. By definition, the first person able and often the only person able to stop such an assault, is the victim that the perpetrator intends to assault or kill. It matters not whether the assailant is an individual thug, a pair of thugs, an organized gang or a government agency.

The same bottom line exists for Liberty and the offense against it, in that it is delineated in most of the above listings; you have such a right only so long as you are willing to defend it. The minute you cede that right you have consented to what you are experiencing and you lose the right to bitch about it until and unless you stand and take back that which God gave you.
This is basic logic, and as soon as you cede basic logic, you inevitably lose every other point of argument. In this case, when you lose those arguments, you risk losing your Life and/or Liberty; you are literally risking enslavement or death.
Since 2006, I've written on these matters in the societal realm and laid forth opinions proving that what has been done is not an accident, but rather is an unending swindle. It is not a new scam either; it is in fact one of the oldest in the history books, rivaling only prostitution in longevity. Arithmetic is not subject to debate; you can choose to overlook it, but you cannot change it. It is involuable.
Those of you who seek leaders are fools; each of you should lead for yourself and confine that leadership to yourself and your life along with those dependent upon you through acts of your own free choice, enjoying or suffering the consequences of those choices.
Your right to lead in that regard, ends as soon as you demand that someone else pay for whatever it is that you want to acquire or suffer as a consequence of your actions and inactions, whether it be food, shelter, education, health care or anything else.
The first principle behind The Declaration of Independence, is that we are a Nation Governed by Laws, not men, with each such law that is valid and enforceable being able to be tied all the way back to The Declaration of Independence through The US Constitution.
The Declaration of Independence sets forth the reasons why, although rights are absolute and from God, societies organize governments – it is for the purpose of providing a framework of laws to enforce those rights and punish violators. Absent that, you have only the Law of The Jungle, where the individual with the biggest teeth, claws and body mass wins, while everything else is food.
That is what you have in the absence of The Rule of law, and that is what we have collectively and individually allowed to happen in America. All of the above has occurred because we have regressed to The Law of The Jungle, from The Rule of Law.
We either stop this tyranny NOW, or we will be consumed by it, and our precious and fragile Constitutional Republic, will be lost forever.
A Day In The Life
I slept-in until 6:30am on Friday, made Fresh-Squeezed OJ w/ lots of pulp, French-Roast, Turkish-Grind Coffee (from whole, freshly-ground Starbuck's® Dark French Roast Fresh Ground Beans) with my Chemex® Drip System, and had a bowl ofCheerios w/ Red Raspberries, for breakfast. It was rainy and 54°F, since the t-storms/cold front had moved thru overnight, so I turned-on the heat for a short while to take the chill-off of the Condo. I scanned the weather and news sites and the forecast ahead looked good after today's rain moves north into New England. I left at 9am for Dad's to drop-off some food items I'd made – Steamed Fresh Local Asparagus – and do a bit of registry maintenance work on his HP laptop. We visited for a while, and I left at 10:30 to go to Home Depot to get some different color Minwax® Blend-Fil Pencils, for my kitchen cabinet retouch project.

I worked cleaning and oiling my Vintage 1976 Colt Trooper MKIII .357Magnum, at my basement workbench, and re-inventoried numerous shelves of foodstuffs, by date, moving new to back, and older to front. I wet-mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors, did some maintenance work on my computer, while listening to Rush from 12-3, and Dennis Miller from 3-6. The Mark Levin Show was on, as usual, from 6-9pm, and I steamed more asparagus bundles and Brussel Sprouts, for tomorrow and Sunday. At least the weather was clearing-up, we'd see the sun again and temps would get back into the low-to-mid-70s. I made Dad a Memorial Day Card in MS-Publisher and, by 10:30pm, decided to get some sleep.
Saturday was downright chilly, at 43°F, for this time of year, when I got-up at 5am, but with the t-stormfront passing thru overnight, we'd be in for some coming nice weather. I turned-up the heat, made coffee, OJ and Soft-Boiled Eggs w/ Toast in a bowl, for breakfast. I containerized the Stuffed Chicken and Asparagus, made a very special Memorial Day Card on MS-Publisher for him, and drove to Dad's for a couple of hours, at 9am. I did some computer checks on his HP laptop, visited with him and was back home by 11:15am. With the 35mph winds, the wind chill was only 31°F and it was cold, in the shade. I woke-up at 6am on Sunday, to a sunny, clear day, albeit only 41°F outside, and turned-up the heat immediately. May 26th and we're still having some amazingly cold nights. I made coffee, OJ and had a Buttery & Flaky Croissants for a quick breakfast, while scanning the headlines and weather sites. I grabbed my usual quick morning shower, finished the carafe of coffee, started the loaded dishwasher, and checked for the weekly Win-7 Pro Back-Up/Restore schedule, at 8am.I walked over to get the mail from the CHCA Community Mailbox, warmed-up the Jeep, and left at 7:45am for Weis Market. It'd be busier-than-usual, since it was Memorial Day Weekend, and everyone would be out shopping for BBQ/grilling stuff. I was thru in 25mins – they had some extra check-out lanes open – and back home by 9am, unpacked and checked the Back-Up/Restore, ran a Disk Clean-up and a Disk Optimization procedure. I left for Dad's at 9:30, to visit, do some more weed spraying and take the usual 10:30am EST (7:30am PST) call from Becky.
On the way home by 11:30am, I took the Jeep to the local DIY car wash, vacuumed and washed it, and then headed back to the Condo for lunch: a Dbl-Decker Grilled Ham, Swiss, Tomato, Lettuce, Sliced Pepper, Egg & Olive Salad on Rye Bread Sandwich and a bowl o Fiesta Pasta Salad. Temps hit 67°F outside and the sky was "severe clear";
I got-up at 6:30am on Monday, 40°F and nippy outside, so I grabbed my warm Turkish Bathrobe, turned-up the heat, made coffee, OJ and had a bowl of Cream of Wheat w/ Keller's Butter, tried to scan the news and weather sites, but CommieCast was sluggish, and email wasn't working. I rebooted the cable modem, set-top box, router and that finally got it working again. With 90s & upper-80s forecast for the end of the week, I've decided not to put my front door screen insert in for the rest of Spring & Summer; I'll wait until the cooler Fall weather arrives, I guess. Dad called at 9:15am, needed some help with a "missing computer file", and I drove over, after getting some loads of wash underway. He didn't feel like visiting the cemeteries' graves today, but I easily found the missing file – it was an *.xlr and not a *.doc – and I did some more Round-Up® Herbicide spraying on the back bank, on the remaining thistle. I continued with "laundry day", and a neighbor stopped-by to look at a semi-auto Glock G32/.357 SIG, plus accessories and ammo, which I had for sale. Since I was also washing/drying the 2 loose-weave cotton blankets on my bed, this was going to take most of the day, and I finally finished at 5:30pm. The Mark Levin Show (re-run "best of") came on from 6-9pm, but I listened anyway. All radio hosts were off today, with either backbencher subs, or re-runs, or "best-of" shows, but what the heck. I lasted thru the show, and watched Fox News CATV for an hour, and shut-down at 10:30. My 2 cleaning ladies are coming at 8:15am, to both clean and wash windows, so I need to get-up early and help them with moving a couple of things.
I overslept on Tuesday, until 6:45am, quickly made coffee, OJ and skipped breakfast, since my cleaning lady would be here around 8:30. 56°F, cool and heavy t-storms moving thru the area. The #3 Pencil was working fine on the kitchen cabinets' wear marks, and after the 2 cleaners arrived, I drove to Home Depot and Lowe's to get several more; the #3s were on backorder and would be in by Friday. I also drove a carpet runner to a local cleaner to get it mended and cleaned. I decided to stay home for the day, as my hip was hurting again, but more aspirin did help. Rain squalls moved thru erratically, all day long, and I kept working on the kitchen cabinets; still a long way to go. I called Dad to talk about his week's schedule, see if there was anything I could help-out with at the house, and with 90°F weather coming for the next 4-5-6 days,
After Joanne finished cleaning and left, I made an Olive Loaf Sandwich and chip for lunch. I worked on the Condo Budget, wrote checks, did some filing and listened to my usual streaming Talk Radio Shows – Chris Plante, Rush, Dennis Miller – and finally, Mark Levin, from 6-9pm. I watch Fox News until 10:15pm, and called it quits, armed the condo and headed upstairs for bed.
I was awake and up at 5:45am on Wednesday, to 58°F and heavy fog – ***DENSE FOG ADVISORY *** – but that'd burn-off quickly as soon as the sun came out. Forecast for 87– today and in the lower 90s tomorrow and Friday, with upper-80s for the next 5-7 days, Summer is finally here in the Mid-Atlantic. Damn, I hate the humidity. Anyway, I made coffee, had some Del Monte® Mandarin Oranges, and a Buttery & Flaky Croissants, with Keller's Butter, for breakfast. I'd planned eggs, bacon, hash browns, but I just didn't have the appetite or urge to cook it all. After scanning the weather and news sites, I decided to go to Home Depot early and get the two additional #3 Pencils to work on the kitchen cabinets, and then go visit Dad, before the day's heat set-in. I listened to the morning's missed Chris Plante Show, until the Mark Levin Show came on, from 6-9pm. The Plains and Midwest were getting hammered by tornadoes and hail again, so I watched The Weather Channel, Accu-Weather and Fox News, for updates from friends who were in the paths and emailing me, from Oklahoma and Texas. I stayed-up until 11pm, tracking the weather in the affected states. Robo-calls from Rite Aid Pharmacy started coming-in, notifying me that 4 BP Rxs were ready for pick-up, even further south in Stewartstown. I called it quits at 11:15pm.
On the morning's round-trip, I noticed that gas prices at the pump, had increased 4¢+ since Friday (5/24): Unleaded Regular (87 oct) is now at $3.33/gal, Unleaded Premium (89oct) is at $3.43/gal, Premium (93 oct) is at $3.63/gal, with Diesel Fuel/Kerosene now at $3.89/gal, at most stations, in the York (PA) area.I slept-in until 7am on Thursday, already 65°F and forecast to hit mid-90s, made OJ, coffee and had a bowl of Cap'n Crunch w/ blueberries, and checked email. On the way home at 1:30, it was 92°F on the Jeep's outside-temp gauge, and even hotter in the direct sun. I put the garbage out at the curb, Jeep inside the garage, and closed-up the Condo, with AC at 75°F. I called Dad to check on him, since he'd been out mowing the front lawn this morning, in the building heat. Arthur & Bob called and will be over on Saturday morning to help me weed the bank of thistle etc, which I've sprayed, and is now dying/dead. At least that job will be over for this season. Next is the shrub pruning and trimming; no edging or mulching this year. Damn, that's why I live in a frigging Condo, so I don't have to do this crappy yardwork.
While replaying the morning's missed Chris Plante Show Podcast on WMAL (DC), I nodded-off at the computer for a couple hours, waking at 5pm. I worked on the kitchen cabinets for another couple hours, while listening to the Mark Levin Show came on, from 6-9pm. By 9:30, I'd had enough rubbing, filling, buffing, rubbing, filling, buffing, and called it a day. I'm about halfway thru the rehab job. Tomorrow starts a new week here in the "Journal", and with Dave's Mother's funeral/burial/reception on Tuesday, and 3-4 days of outdoor work at Dad's, weather permitting, it'd be a fairly full week.

Obama: "Entrepreneurs Don't Build Businesses"
"Last week, President Barack Obama delivered some telling remarks to a fire station full of people in Roanoke, Virginia. I'll save you the trouble of reading the (long and uninspired) speech and provide you with the most interesting part:
"If you've got a business – you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen." – President Barack Obama, July 13th, 2012.
It would be easy to respond with something along the lines of, "Somebody else made that happen? Who? Who magically imagined the product or service, started the business, built it up, and created the jobs? Who was it? The tooth fairy?" And to some extent, President Obama's statement is so ridiculous as to merit that sort of quick, flippant response.

However, he's not entirely wrong. This reminds me of an argument that Massachusetts Senate Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren would probably make. If he's talking about a mid-sized or large business, where an entrepreneur has hired additional employees, then at that point the business's success isn't purely that of its founder.
Employees add value to a business through work and ideas. That's why you hire employees, after all. Steve Jobs didn't invent every last detail of the phones, computers, and tablets to come out of Apple over the last decade. There were engineers working on those products who developed them. So, employees help entrepreneurs to build their business. "Somebody else" did indeed play a part in making that happen.
But what makes the president's remarks so inane is the totality of what he's saying. He's not saying that entrepreneurs and employees work together to build a business. It's not a collaborative effort. It's all thanks to the employees. Usually, I can understand the way the president's mind works on most issues by examining it through a pragmatic, liberal, or progressive framework. This one baffles me.
As I explained, I can see that he has some of a point, but he's still just obviously wrong on the broader point. Sure, the employees help to build the business, but the business itself wouldn't exist without the entrepreneur. So, to say to entrepreneurs and to business owners, "...you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen," is just wrong. It's silly. They did build that by setting the foundation for the business.
Entrepreneurs are almost always the hardest workers in their business. They work a simply insane number of hours to get their idea off the ground. If they succeed (and they face a tremendous risk if they don't), then they'll start to grow and to hire employees to help. Honestly, if I were an entrepreneur and I read those remarks by the president, I would be furious. It's a tremendous insult to the true job-creators in America, entrepreneurs.
In the context of a long, somewhat rambling campaign speech that touched on every issue under the sun, it may seem as though I'm over-exaggerating the importance of a minor thing he said. But President Obama isn't a stupid man, or even one who makes off-the-cuff remarks he doesn't really mean. He's a very smart man, and he meant what he said.
When the most important issues for most Americans are economic growth and job creation, I believe it's essential to know exactly where both candidates stand on the importance of entrepreneurs. Yesterday, we learned that President Obama believes that entrepreneurs don't build businesses. Ultimately, they're irrelevant. Take that for what you will." ©Principles and Policy, July 14, 2012

It's not my intentions to be the judge here — that's God's "job" — but rather to "hasten the meeting" so that He can send the following subhuman filth to the "Fires of Hell", "River or Lake of Sulphur", or whatever He deems appropriate. I'd gladly/happily volunteer, at no cost to any of my Hard-Working, Fellow US Taxpayers, to gladly/gleefully/happily headshoot these murderous, lowlife dirtbags of all stripes — their skin-color doesn't matter one whit to me, at all — and rid American Society's innocents — especially our too-vulnerable,

Hey, call me an "Old Fashioned Conservative"! Too harsh? Nah. Someone needs to take out the trash! I volunteer.
Society's innocents — our precious, defenseless children and the frail, defenseless elderly — must be protected from predators, murderers, rapists, robbers and other subhuman filth, at all times and at any cost, IMO.
The 6th Commandment actually says: "Thou Shalt Not Murder". It does NOT say, "Thou Shalt Not Kill." I personally don't consider any summary-execution — except by subhuman, murderous muslim/islamic pigshit — as murder, in any way, shape or form. It's "Due-Justice-For-Crimes-On-This-Earth", IMO.
