deep state war against trump begins
friday, november 22nd, 2024
In a video posted on X on November 7, 2024, two days after the election, Trump detailed a plan to dismantle the Deep State. In this three-minute video, Trump explained how he would take a series of measures to “shatter the Deep State.”
[FULL TITLE: "The Deep State War Against Donald Trump Begins.]
In this video, Trump made the same mistake JFK made when JFK said he was going to break the CIA into a thousand pieces after the Bay of Pigs fiasco. By announcing his intention in advance, JFK signed his death warrant. Trump has now declared war on the Deep State as president-elect.
Because he spoke before he was inaugurated, giving him the power to act, Trump alerted the Deep State that he represented an existential threat to its survival. The bottom line is that the Deep State cannot afford for Trump to become president on January 20, 2025.
Trump put the Deep State on notice that his first order of business was to investigate and prosecute in three areas:
1. The two assassination attempts on his life, with its indisputable charge that some in the Secret Service and Department of Homeland Security showed criminal negligence, forcing those individuals to cooperate with the special counsel;
2. The weaponization of the DOJ, the FBI, and certain intelligence agencies against President Trump’s 2016 and 2024 campaigns and Trump personally, going back to 2015, with emphasis upon exposing the truth about the “Russia collusion hoax” and the Mueller investigation farce; and
3. The voter fraud that stole the 2020 presidential election, based on the discovery of secret cryptographic algorithms embedded in State Board of Elections voter registration files to facilitate the creation, hiding, and voting of falsified “voters” to be available for use in various election fraud schemes, with particular focus on mail-in ballot irregularities.
Furthermore, one of the biggest threats to the CIA and the intelligence agencies is Trump’s unyielding determination to declassify documents that will jeopardize many agencies’ existence, including the DOJ, FBI, DHS, CIA, and NSA. The documents released will reveal many hidden intelligence agency conspiracies, including the effort to hide the Hunter laptop story from damaging Biden’s chance of victory in 2020, in particular, the statement by more than 50 former intelligence agents that the Hunter laptop was Russian disinformation. Exploring intelligence agency misdeeds and failures back to the 2012 Benghazi terror attack would be a horror show for scores of top intelligence agency officials, as well as Obama and Biden administration senior officials.
The Deep State alternatives are limited: either devise a scheme that denies Trump the presidency, hopefully eliminating the Electoral College in the process, or, if nothing else works, the only other alternative will be to utilize the entire law enforcement and military power of the Deep State to assassinate Trump.
On November 10, Judge Juan Merchan granted Trump’s motion to stay the November 12 hearing at which he was to decide whether the Supreme Court’s July decision on presidential immunity requires him to vacate the guilty verdict in Trump’s criminal hush-money case. The judge’s order also put a stay on the November 26 sentencing date in the Stormy Daniels hush-money case. Trump’s lawyers argued that granting a stay for both dates was “necessary to avoid unconstitutional impediments to President Trump’s ability to govern.” Judge Merchan’s order did not specify new dates for either the decision on immunity or the sentencing.
Given that a New York County court is outside the reach of the DOJ’s policy against prosecuting cases against sitting presidents, Department of Justice’s jurisdiction, Judge Merchan can dismiss the case, delay it until Trump leaves the White House, or order Trump to appear for his sentencing and, if he does not, put out a warrant for his immediate arrest and imprisonment.
Trump’s attorney, Mike Davis, made the last possibility less likely by openly challenging New York Attorney General Letitia James during a November 7 interview. “I dare you to continue your lawfare against President Trump,” Davis said. “In his second term...because, listen here, sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time. And we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights. I promise you that. So, think long and hard before you want to violate President Trump’s constitutional rights or any other American’s constitutional rights. It’s not going to happen again.”
If Judge Merchan ignores Davis’s warning, his decision to proceed with the sentencing, could trigger Antifa and Black Lives Matter riots that would rival or exceed 2020’s street violence. The mainstream media, parroting CIA narratives, would exploit the Trump incarceration with a frenzy of news stories pressing the electors in the Electoral College not to cast their votes for imprisoned felon Donald Trump.
With the CIA blackmailing some 40 electors to vote along with the anti-Trump electors, the Electoral College will be unable to cast enough votes to elect either Trump or Kamala Harris. The election would be thrown into the House of Representatives, with the proceedings rapidly devolving into a circus. With the Electoral College in limbo and the House of Representatives in turmoil, the mainstream media would begin pushing for a constitutional amendment to eliminate the Electoral College.
If you think getting two-thirds of the House and Senate to vote for the amendment is hard, think again. A panicked Congress faced with a country burned by Antifa and Black Lives Matter, street brawls, chaos in the cities, and, eventually, martial law may find enough GOP members of the House and Senate to reach the two-thirds vote required to send the amendment to the State legislatures for ratification. A CIA willing to blackmail Electoral College electors would undoubtedly be willing to blackmail members of Congress and senators.
Trump can take steps to prevent this worst-case scenario from becoming a reality. First, Trump can fire his entire New York legal team—a team that did not defend Trump successfully at trial—the same team that has no legal strategy to block Judge Merchan from going ahead with the sentencing hearing. Next, Trump needs to hire one or more top constitutional lawyers to prepare an emergency motion as fast as possible with the Supreme Court, requesting that sentencing be postponed until Trump’s appeals take their course.
Trump should seek to replace all the current electors in the Electoral College with a demand to be allowed to submit the new electors to extreme vetting. At the same time, Trump can demand a total forensic recount of all GOP candidates who lost their race for a House seat by less than two percent. The suspicion is that the Democrats used cryptographic algorithms to steal close down-ballot races by voting false “nonexistent voters.”
Finally, under no condition should Trump appear in a New York City courtroom (or anywhere else in New York City) until after January 20, 2025. A Trump decision to continue directing the transition from within the confines of Mar-a-Lago until Inauguration Day would be prudent.

A Day In The Life.
Up at 3a (!) on Friday, I couldn't get back to sleep, went thru my finger stick to check my BSL (Blood Sugar Level) and recorded it on my Diabetes 2 chart, made coffee and delayed breakfast, skipped the two 50mg Tramadol but took a 300mg Gabapentin for various feet pains, fired-up the NEW Win-7 Pro Pentium HP Desktop to let 32 million lines of code load, had a couple smokes in the garage and checked the day;s schedule. Today and next week are clear, so I can have some time with Sherry, her very busy schedules permitting, and get some projects and errands done, too.
It was cold and damp from the previous night's rain; a 39°F morning, and forecast to get into the low-50s. I fired-up the 24" Oscillating Heater in the garage, to take the chill off, so shivering isn't part of smoking. With no real news programs on TV anymore, I found a very good radio station for news -- iHeart 24x7 News -- and listen in the Jeep and at home.
After breakfast, I fed the squirrels and bluejays, re-checked the news headlines, got ready for the day and left at 10:15 for my 11a Dr's app't. I made the 17 mile trip in record time, had a nice 35min session with Dr Mark, stopped at J-Mar Farm Market, just across the road from Apple Hill Medical Center, and found some very nice produce and treats. Home by 12:45p, I unpacked, had lunch and a snooze on the LR couch, to partially make-up for the much-too-early wake-up time, this morning.
Dark at 4:40p now, I found a live news channel on the iHeart 24x7 website, had some dinner and watched Discovery's "Gold Rush" series until 1a, and unplugged.
Up at 8:30a on Saturday, a blue sky, windy, upper-40s/low-50s morning, I made "Farm Hand" -- a new variety of Hawaiian Kona Coffee from Monarch Coffee Co in Hawaii -- had a couple smokes in the garage, and fired-up the desktop to check the news and weather. After breakfast, I got ready for the day, finished off a small pile of paperwork in the office-sunroom, did a couple chores in the garage, and decided to get the front porch small table and back patio chairs/small table put away for the coming Winter. But with upper-60s for the coming week, I'll wait another few days. Heh.
After a 2p nice lunch, I hit the LR couch for a 2hr snooze. I closed the condo as temp's dropped, tuned into Fox News on the 82" Samsung QLED-4 HD TV, had some dinner and watched new episodes of Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch until 1a. Lights out.
Up at 8:30a on Sunday, it was a cold 44°, sunny start to the day, but quickly clouded-over. I made coffee, scanned the news headlines and weather on the desktop computer, and tuned into last week's "CS Show" on iHeart Radio Podcasts. After breakfast, I checked the day's to-do list, the week ahead -- major medical stuff on Friday for Sis and I'm driving -- and just lounged around until 12noon. Ready-to-go by 1p, I got laundry and some condo chores done, garbage and recycle bins to the curb. I had some dinner, watched the evening news, Discovery's "Homestead Rescue" and Motor Trend's "Fantom Works" until 12 midnight, and unplugged for the day.
Uh oh, a HUGE Winter Storm is coming, from Texas to Pennsylvania, and from the Midwest to Florida to New England.
The garbage truck woke me at 6a on Monday, so I was up for the day, at ZERO DARK THIRTY. I had breakfast, scanned the news and weather, and tuned into the "CS Show LIVE" and then the "CP Show LIVE". I left for my usual Monday trip down south to Dallastown, and a stop in Red Lion at the Jeep dealer, to schedule my 9" "Info-Tainment" console screen computer replacement -- the screen is delaminating. My extended warranty covers all but the $100 deductible. Back around 1p, Sherry called and later, Sis stopped by for a visit and talk about Friday's trip to PSU-Hershey Hospital for her outpatient surgery. I had another load of laundry to do, and also did a load of dishes in the dishwasher.

After a late dinner, I caught Fox News, switched to History's "Ancient Aliens: Origins" (new series) for the rest of the evening, and unplugged around 1a.
Up at 7:30a on Tuesday, another cold 44°, partly sunny morning. I made coffee, had BE&C Toast, scanned the news and weather headlines, and tuned into the "CP Show LIVE" until 12noon. After scheduling my new tires' mounting/balancing with Corey's Shop for Thursday, I had a couple of small chores to get done before Sherry arrived at 1p, to spend the afternoon with me. We had a great time together, as always, driving to Flinchbaugh's and SKF Garden Center, but she had to leaves at 4:30p, before it got dark at 4:45. I made a large plate of PA Dutch Scrapple, Home Fries and 2 Sunny-Side-Up Eggs, for dinner, and watched the news. The usual Tuesday night fare -- History's "The Curse of Oak Island" -- was on and, way beyond tired, I barely lasted until 11:30. Lights out.
Sleeping-in until 9:30a on Wednesday, I fired-up the furnace to 75°, made coffee, had a couple smokes in the now-open garage, and tuned into the "CP Show LIVE" on WMAL in DC. Uh-oh, here we go, again with another Winter Storm forecast. Another "Bomb Cyclone"? IT'S A F•CKING WINTER STORM, you dumb assholes! Speaking of which, I have to take Sis north thru Harrisburg and then east to Hershey at 6a on Friday, and show is now bring forecast. Damn.
After a late lunch, I finished-up the remaining paperwork, did some condo chores at the basement's 17 "Prep Shelves", and enjoyed the outside weather, until dusk set-in at 4:30p. By 4:50, it was dark, rain was heading our way, I closed down and caught the evening news. Heavy rain and wind began around 8p, and 2 storm fronts moved thru over the next 4hrs. I spent the rest of the evening with History's "American Pickers" series and unplugged at 11:30. I need to get my Jeep into Corey's shop around 1p, tomorrow, for new tires.
Up at 8:30a on Thursday, a cold 39°, sunny, blue sky, but rain/snow forecast for tonite and tomorrow morning, just perfectly timed for my trip to Hershey at 6a. Crap. I made coffee, had a couple smokes in the garage, scanned the news and weather headlines and got a call from Corey that my last tire was in, and I'd be going in at 1:30 to get the 4 new ones installed at his shop. Great!
I ran a couple errands in late morning, fueled-up the Jeep for tomorrow's trip, and left for Corey's shop at 1p, for a 1:30 app't. Crap, now there's a ***Winter Storm Warning*** posted everywhere. Just swell.
★★★ Winter Storm Warning ★★★
• WHAT: 1-3" of snow and very windy conditions for early morning, tapering off by mid-morning. Little accumulation on road surfaces.
• WHEN: From 4 AM EDT Friday to 10 AM EDT Friday morning.
• WHERE: A portion of south central Pennsylvania including the Lower Susquehanna Valley: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York Counties.
• IMPACTS: 30-50 MPH winds may cause damage to loose objects and wet snow may cause tree and roof damage in some areas.
Corey's shop is very well done and professionally-maintained, and I was duly impressed. He had my 4 tires mounted, balanced, torgued and ready-to-go in 90mins. Very nicely done. I was back home by 4p, had a late lunch, and prepped things for hitting the sack tonite by 8p, and getting-up at 1m, to get Sis by 4a and get her to PSU-Hershey Hospital by 5:30. Sucks to be me.
I had a nice dinner, prepped the condo for my 1a wake-up and breakfast, took the Zolpidem (Ambien) and crashed at 8p, for (part of) the night.
Tomorrow starts a new week here in the "Journal", and Thanksgiving is ahead, but the week is otherwise clear. I hope you and yours have a Happy Thanksgiving, and a safe trip, if you're traveling to a Family Get-Together on Thursday.
