let me see if I have this right. Barry 0bummer has been running around the country taking credit for an "economic recovery", but the truth is that things have not gotten better under 0bummer. By all available metrics, they've gotten worse, much worse and just frigging terrible.
Truth be told, Barry 0bummer was elected by the color of his skin, rather than by the content of his character.
Compared to when he first took office, a smaller percentage of the working age population is employed, the quality of our jobs has declined substantially and the middle class has been absolutely shredded.
Let me get this straight: we've passed a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it, signed by a president that also hasn't read it and who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke. What could possibly go wrong?If we are really in the middle of an "economic recovery", why is the homeownership rate the lowest that it has been in 18 years? Why has the number of Americans on food stamps increased by nearly 50% while 0bummer has been in the White Crib/Hut? Why has the national debt grown more than $6 trillion larger during the 0bummer era? 0bummer should not be "taking credit" for anything when it comes to the economy. In fact, he should be deeply apologizing to the American people.
Obummer is being dangerously-delusional if he thinks that he is actually "running the economy". The Federal Reserve has far more power over the US economy and the US financial system than he does. But the corrupt, butt-kissing mainstream media loves to fixate on the presidency, so presidents always get far too much credit or far too much blame for economic conditions.
But if you do want to focus on "the change" that has taken place since Barry 0bummer entered the White Crib/Hut, there is no way in the world that you can claim that things have actually gotten better during that time frame. The cold, hard reality of the matter is that the US economy has been steadily declining for over a decade, and this decline has continued while Obummer has been living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
It is getting very tiring listening to Obama supporters try to claim that 0bummer has improved the economy. That is a false claim that is not even remotely close to reality. The following are 33 shocking facts which show how badly the US economy has truly tanked since 0bummer became president... plus another fact which 99% of America has never tallied-up:
1) When Barry 0bummer entered The White Crib/Hut, 60.6% of working age Americans had a job. Today, only 58.7% of working age Americans have a job. Nearly 90 million Americans are without a job.
2) Since 0bummer has been president, seven out of every eight jobs that have been "created" in the US economy have been part-time jobs.
3) The number of full-time workers in the United States is still nearly 6 million below the old record that was set back in 2007. There are nearly 90 million people out of work now, in America.
4) It is hard to believe, but an astounding 53% of all American workers now make less than $30,000 per year. The American Middle Class is being rapidly destroyed.
5) 40% of all workers in the United States actually make less than what a full-time minimum wage worker made back in 1968.
6) When the Obummer era began, the average duration of unemployment in this country was 19.8 weeks. Today, it has ballooned to 36.6 weeks. Many were and are eligible for 99 weeks of unemployment.
99 weeks of UC (Unemployment Compensation) is the equivalent to an Associate Degree from any College in America.7) During the first four years of 0bummer, the number of Americans "not in the labor force" soared by an astounding 8,332,000. That far exceeds any previous four year total. Ever.
8) According to the US Census Bureau, the Middle Class is taking home a smaller share of the overall income pie, than has ever been recorded before.
9) When 0bummer was elected, the homeownership rate in the United States was 67.5%. Today, it is 65.0%. That is the lowest that it has been in 18 years.
10) When 0bummer entered the White Crib/Hut, the mortgage delinquency rate was 7.85%. Today, it is 9.72%.
11) In 2008, the US trade deficit with China was $268 billion. Last year, it was $315 billion.
12) When 0bummer first became president, 12.5 million Americans had manufacturing jobs. Today, only 11.9 million Americans have manufacturing jobs.
13) Median household income in America has fallen for four consecutive years. Overall, it has declined by over $4,000 per year, during that time span.
14) The poverty rate has shot up to 16.1%. That is actually higher than when the "War On Poverty" began in 1965.
15) During 0bummer's first term, the number of Americans on food stamps increased by an average of about 11,000 per day.

A Day In The Life
The Friday morning garbage trucks' noise woke me at 6:30am, and my back was feeling pretty good after all the aspirin and ice-paks of last evening. 71°F and sunny. I made the usual French-Roast, Turkish-Grind Coffee (from whole, freshly-ground Starbuck's® Dark French Roast Fresh Ground Beans) with my Chemex® Drip System, and Fresh-Squeezed OJ w/ lots of pulp, checked the weather and news sites, scanned the incoming email load, and checked the day's and weekend's schedule. At 9am, I grabbed a bananna, and drove over to Dad's to visit and meet with the estimator from Heritage Lawn & Landscape Service about the new front sidewalk, while one of his crews was working on stoning the back bank with two 22-ton loads of medium and small Pocono River Stones. Becky's realtor emailed an exciting new home listing in exclusive Wyndham Hills, and she made a 10:30am Saturday appointment for Dad and I to go see it with her and the realtor, on a showing. By 11:30, my back was hurting, so I opened a new bottle of Bayer® 325mg Aspirin – no, I don't use Tylenol or anything else but pure aspirin (NSAID) – put on the ice-pak, made an Olive Loaf Sandwich and heated-up a bowl of the fresh Maryland Crab Soup. I changed the 9v back-up batteries in my 2 of 3 hard-wired First Alert Smoke & CO2 Detectors; I need to replace the old basement unit completely. High for the day was 86°F. I listened to the morning's missed Chris Plante Show's Podcast, and will listen to the whole week's groups of missed podcasts, over the 3-day weekend. The usual Mark Levin Show was on from 6-9pm, and I stayed-up to watch Fox News' "Hannity", until 10, armed the Condo and called it quits for the day at 10pm. I planned on sleeping-in until 8am, if possible.

T-storms were forecast thru the day, night and into tomorrow. And with Labor Day 'festivities', I knew that Weis Market traffic would be heavier than usual. I set-off the Win-7 Pro Back-Up/Restore Schedule, picked-up my week's mail from the CHCA Community Mailbox, and left at 8:45am. Surprisingly, it wasn't very crowded at Weis, and I got thru my list in 15-20mins, drove over to Dad's to visit for a while. With groceries in the Jeep, I didn't stay long, and went home to unload stuff into the 'fridge and two freezers.

I went home around 11:45 to a sparkling clean Condo, and watched the paving crews tear out and build stones bases for 3 single driveways; my double-driveway is scheduled for tomorrow. Stacey & Dave had brought a monstrous 10z jumbo lump crabmeat crabcake from the MD Shore, and I had it for lunch, with fries. Obama: "Entrepreneurs Don't Build Businesses"
"Last week, President Barack Obama delivered some telling remarks to a fire station full of people in Roanoke, Virginia. I'll save you the trouble of reading the (long and uninspired) speech and provide you with the most interesting part:
"If you've got a business – you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen." – President Barack Obama, July 13th, 2012.
It would be easy to respond with something along the lines of, "Somebody else made that happen? Who? Who magically imagined the product or service, started the business, built it up, and created the jobs? Who was it? The tooth fairy?" And to some extent, President Obama's statement is so ridiculous as to merit that sort of quick, flippant response.

However, he's not entirely wrong. This reminds me of an argument that Massachusetts Senate Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren would probably make. If he's talking about a mid-sized or large business, where an entrepreneur has hired additional employees, then at that point the business's success isn't purely that of its founder.
Employees add value to a business through work and ideas. That's why you hire employees, after all. Steve Jobs didn't invent every last detail of the phones, computers, and tablets to come out of Apple over the last decade. There were engineers working on those products who developed them. So, employees help entrepreneurs to build their business. "Somebody else" did indeed play a part in making that happen.
But what makes the president's remarks so inane is the totality of what he's saying. He's not saying that entrepreneurs and employees work together to build a business. It's not a collaborative effort. It's all thanks to the employees. Usually, I can understand the way the president's mind works on most issues by examining it through a pragmatic, liberal, or progressive framework. This one baffles me.
As I explained, I can see that he has some of a point, but he's still just obviously wrong on the broader point. Sure, the employees help to build the business, but the business itself wouldn't exist without the entrepreneur. So, to say to entrepreneurs and to business owners, "...you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen," is just wrong. It's silly. They did build that by setting the foundation for the business.
Entrepreneurs are almost always the hardest workers in their business. They work a simply insane number of hours to get their idea off the ground. If they succeed (and they face a tremendous risk if they don't), then they'll start to grow and to hire employees to help. Honestly, if I were an entrepreneur and I read those remarks by the president, I would be furious. It's a tremendous insult to the true job-creators in America, entrepreneurs.
In the context of a long, somewhat rambling campaign speech that touched on every issue under the sun, it may seem as though I'm over-exaggerating the importance of a minor thing he said. But President Obama isn't a stupid man, or even one who makes off-the-cuff remarks he doesn't really mean. He's a very smart man, and he meant what he said.
When the most important issues for most Americans are economic growth and job creation, I believe it's essential to know exactly where both candidates stand on the importance of entrepreneurs. Some People Just Need Killing
It's not my intentions to be the judge here — that's God's "job" — but rather to "hasten the meeting" so that He can send the following subhuman filth to the "Fires of Hell", "River or Lake of Sulphur", or whatever He deems appropriate. I'd gladly/happily volunteer, at no cost to any of my Hard-Working, Fellow US Taxpayers, to gladly/gleefully/happily headshoot these murderous, lowlife dirtbags of all stripes — their skin-color doesn't matter one whit to me, at all — and rid American Society's innocents — especially our too-vulnerable, precious children and the frail, defenseless elderly — of the subhuman criminals who prey upon them, once-and-for-ever. And yes, I'd rather see one innocent man convicted and executed, than 10 murderers, robbers, child rapists-murderers freed, to rob, rape and murder again. Hey, call me an "Old Fashioned Conservative"! Too harsh? Nah. Someone needs to take out the trash! I volunteer.
Society's innocents — our precious, defenseless children and the frail, defenseless elderly — must be protected from predators, murderers, rapists, robbers and other subhuman filth, at all times and at any cost, IMO.
The 6th Commandment actually says: "Thou Shalt Not Murder". It does NOT say, "Thou Shalt Not Kill." I personally don't consider any summary-execution — except by subhuman, murderous muslim/islamic pigshit — as murder, in any way, shape or form. It's "Due-Justice-For-Crimes-On-This-Earth", IMO.
