the birth certificate game

friday, september 21st, 2012

there was a fraud perpetrated by a President of the United States. He was not a natural born citizen so he obfuscated his nativity story. He had all his relevant records destroyed to cover up his fraud, and he and his supporters got away with it.

Does this sound like our current occupant of the White House? Actually, it was another president: Chester A. Arthur, the 21st President of the United States. He attained office due to the assassination of President Garfield. This was in spite of the fact that he was not a natural born citizen, in violation of the US Constitution, Article 2, Section 1. His father was not a US citizen at the time of his birth. The fraud was not discovered until long after his death.

Only two classes of Citizen are recognized by the US Constitution. The first is a Citizen. Whether by birth or naturalization, all Citizens share the same rights and privileges. The other is a Natural Born Citizen, a separate class defined by different legal conditions and with different privileges, specifically eligibility to the offices of President and Vice President.

Wikipedia’s page on the subject of Natural Born Citizen claims that this term was never defined in law, that we must divine the Founders’ intended meaning by reviewing myriad, conflicting opinions and comments in court cases. This is simply not true. The Founders legislated their definition of that term just two years after the Constitution was ratified, providing clear meaning for a requirement of the highest office of the land. One would expect no less of them:

"And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens" – Naturalization Act 1790.

Taking a critical look at this Congressional legislation, we see that "the children of citizens" is an absolute requirement. There are no qualifiers. No exception is made for the child of a non-citizen. The Founders' definition extends to those who may be born outside the limits of the United States as well. They understood that ambassadors such as Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson would spend years abroad in service to their country, possibly with their families, and did not want to disqualify their own children born during such service.

The US Constitution, written by the Founders, requires the status of Natural Born Citizen to be eligible for the Presidency. This requirement can only be removed through the Amendment process. While the original 1790 Naturalization Act was repealed and replaced by later legislation redefining the means by which one could become a Citizen, the Founders' intended meaning of Natural Born Citizen still stands.

You can repeal a law, but you can't repeal evidence, and the Naturalization Act of 1790 is unequivocal evidence of exactly what the US Congress meant by "Natural Born Citizen".

Some conveniently insist that the 1790 law is no longer in effect or that it does not provide a currently applicable legal definition. Yet, when doubts were raised about the eligibility of John McCain in the 2008 election, the US Senate referenced that law to confirm his status:

"...as evidenced by the First Congress's own statute defining the term 'natural born Citizen' – Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a 'natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States." – Senate Resolution 511.

Birth to US Citizens was thus recognized, in 2008, as the primary condition for Natural Born Citizen status. The Panama Canal Zone was under US Sovereignty until 1977. McCain was born under US Jurisdiction as surely as if he had been born in New Jersey. However, he still had to meet the requirement of birth to Citizen parents to qualify. The definition in the law remains in effect.

Whenever posted, the text of the 1790 law is promptly removed from the Wikipedia page, as it is inconvenient to those trying to cloud the issue and confuse the general public. Furthermore, when this information was posted at a forum owned by a former subsidiary of the New York Times, not only was the posting removed, but perhaps coincidentally, the entire forum was permanently shut down overnight. There has been a concerted effort to keep this information out of the public eye.

There have been no fewer than eight Congressional attempts to remove the Natural Born Citizen requirement from the Presidency since 2003, mostly by Democrats. The only Republican to sponsor them attempted to remove the natural born citizen requirement twice and reduce the citizenship requirement to 20 years. This would in fact nullify the Constitution without the lawful amendments process. All these attempts failed.

We can see that the Founders’ primary intent was that neither parent be a foreign national, which makes good sense. This minimizes the likelihood that either parent will pass down foreign loyalties or ideology to the would-be President that would dilute his bond with his countrymen and his nation’s principles. Case in point, the fellow illegally in the White House today who demonstrates abundant foreign loyalties and ideologies hostile to America.

The birth certificate provided by Barack Obama is an obviously altered document, according to multiple digital forensics experts. Have you ever wondered why such a blatant forgery was presented? Were the Obama handlers that incompetent? Didn't anybody in the White House care that such a shoddy piece of Photoshop work was made public?

The answer lies within our legal system. Obama and his DNC/Holder Justice lawyers are notorious for using the mechanisms of the system to gain power and abuse it, thwarting the law in the process. This is a part of their strategy.

In fact, the ongoing furor over the place of birth is exactly what Obama wants. It is a red herring, a distraction from the fact he cannot legally be a Natural Born Citizen no matter where he was born.

Some have argued that Obama is the result of an affair in Hawaii by Ann Dunham with communist agitator Frank Marshall Davis (a US citizen born in Kansas) – see "Dreams of My Real Father". If that were true, it would make Obama a natural born citizen.

However, mere illegitimacy would be unlikely to justify the expense and risk Obama has taken to hide his past. Furthermore, the details of the alleged birth certificate presented by Mr. Obama himself, if false, are a poorly chosen lie because they disqualify him from the Presidency.

It is Barack Obama's foreign parent – Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. – that disqualifies him. The Democrat-controlled Senate knew this in 2008 when McCain’s eligibility as a Natural Born Citizen was legally resolved. They did not do the same for Obama precisely because he could not meet the legal requirements.

Barack Obama has gone to great lengths to stir up controversy over his place of birth while preventing legal resolution of his eligibility. He could easily provide court access to his original documents but that would, according to the laws above, work against him. That's why he instead has teams of lawyers scrambling to block any court case seeking access to his original birth documents. Obama's place of birth is an intentional distraction.

These antics began in mid-2008, well before the election, when Democrat attorney Philip Berg attempted to determine the eligibility of his own party's candidate. Obama's obstructionist response revealed Obama's own knowledge of his legal problem, though the mainstream news media willfully concealed it from the general public and derided anyone who would bring it up as a “Birther”.

"Instead of satisfying Plaintiff and the general public's concerns regarding Obama's citizenship status, or lack thereof, Obama and the DNC have chosen to litigate the matters in lieu of providing what should be simple proof. Defendants have filed two [2] Motions to Dismiss and a Motion for a Protective Order instead of simply solving the matters and providing the proof verifying Obama's citizenship status." – Berg v. Obama et al.

A Judge vetting Obama's eligibility can only rule based on the legal evidence presented to the court. If Obama's true birth certificate is presented, then the Judge can take legal notice that Obama's father was not a US Citizen and disqualify Barack Obama from eligibility for the Presidency.

Obama's people understood this well in advance and ensured that the only copies of his birth documents that might be obtained by plaintiffs against him were easily identified as "altered" documents, therefore easily disputed as proof in a court of law. It's a fair bet his own attorneys would dispute their evidentiary value just as they absurdly proclaimed in a Florida court that Obama is not yet the Democrat candidate for 2012 and is therefore immune to lawsuits demanding his eligibility be resolved.

A President of the United States illegally took office while violating the Natural Born Citizen requirements. Not only could it happen; it did happen. Twice. It is a part of history. Barack Obama is not the first to perpetrate that fraud, but this time the consequences are more dire. With the news media and cowardly politicians concealing this fact, will the American People be fooled yet a third time?

A Day In The Life

I was up at 5am last Friday, to 46°F outside and 67°F inside the Condo, grabbed a shower, managed to get some Shredded Wheat and a couple mugs of French-Roast, Turkish-Grind Coffee down, but my appetite was still noticeably lacking. For the second time this month, I turned-on the heat to 76°F, to take the chill-off. I've dropped 9-lbs since Tuesday, and though it's mostly due to appetite depression from my loss of Murphy, I need to shed the weight. My back (L-5 vert) already feels better without it. The numerous Pendleton® Woolen Shirts are now an everyday thing, under the daily Tactical Range Vest. Fall's here and Winter's not far off.

This is the first morning, in 17 years, that I've woke-up and Murphy's not been there to water, feed, play with and care for. The more I think about it, the more I believe that we don't choose our pets as friends and companions, God chooses them for us. I was truly blessed over my 62 years, to have so many special and unique pets, for 57 of those years; the last 17 were quite unique If you've got nothing to do, find something to do. If it's not important, make it important. with Pickle, Mama Kitty and Murphy. I keep looking for him in all his usual places in the Condo, but know that he's now gone from my physical life here on earth. He's in a far, far better place than I am. RIP, Murphy, with our Family's other pets, surrounding you.

I needed to get myself back together, get my priorities lined-up, make a sensible "To-Do List", get something going, to keep my mind occupied with something other than the grief at Mom's loss, and now Murphy's loss. Even if it's not important, I need to do it, just to keep myself mentally-healthy. I was supposed to go to a meeting tonite, but I'm just too down to even do that simple task. I didn't even leave the Condo, all day, except to chat with some neighbors, while I was pulling some front garden weeds. It was a beautiful, sunny, mild day and hit 75°F, so I had the doors and windows open all day for fresh air. Anyway, my previous order of Allen Bros USDA Prime 8 x 8oz Filet Mignons and free 12 x 6oz Steakburgers, arrived via UPS, at 4pm. I unpacked and loaded them into my garage's top-loading freezer, for future use. After listening to the morning's missed 3hr Chris Plante Show Podcast, and since I was still emotionally-drained from last Thursday, I called it quits at 8:15pm.

I slept well through the night, and got up at 5:30am on Saturday, to a warmish-62°F; no need for heat since it was still 77°F inside the Condo. After a shower, I had some Fresh-Squeezed OJ w/ lots of pulp, Honey Smacks w/ fresh Blueberries, and coffee. As I scanned the weather and news sites, I saw that t-storms were predicted for the afternoon and evening, so I wanted to get a couple of things done at Dad's for him before all that rain arrived. I did some quick chores around the Condo until 9:30, and left for Dad's.

Dad wasn't feeling well, so I only got a few of the projects done for him, and will come back to finish-up when he feels better. Nothing I could do for him; he'll just have to "weather it out". I got home around 11:30am, and since I'd canceled my cleaning ladies' Tuesday app't to accommodate Murphy's last days with me, I spent the afternoon vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and numerous other Condo chores. My appetite back, I heated-up some Spicy Beef-Filled Ravioli, which I'd made last evening. Temps hit 77°F and it was nice to air-out the place. Temps rapidly dropped to 62°F and the first line of t-storms passed just north of us, bringing-in a quick cool front. Highs for Monday are forecast to only be 62-65°F. Nice. By 8:30pm, another even more massive t-storm front was moving-in from Western Pa, so I finished my 7am food shopping list for Weis Market, and closed-down for the night.

I had another rough night; up at 11pm, 1:30am and finally got up-for-good at 3:20am. I just couldn't sleep "worth a tinker's damn". Too many "weird dreams" again, I guess; I don't really remember what the cause was. Anyway, it was only 46°F, so I turned-up the heat to 76°F, had some Del Monte® Red Grapefruit Sections, made some very strong French-Roast, Turkish-Grind Coffee, and Soft-Boiled Eggs w/ Toast, in a bowl. My shopping list was short; I needed to loose another 15-20lbs, so I'd skip the Deli & Dairy Depts' goodies, and pare-down other purchases, except for paper goods and cases of bottled water for my basement storage area. I started my full system back-up(Start/All Programs/Maintenance/Back-Up and Restore) 2hrs early to my external WD® "My Book" 2Tb External Drive, since I had a couple of hours to kill, did a load of dishes and grabbed a shower until the back-up was complete. Then, I ran a full system scan with Malwarebytes® Anti-Malware (Free Version), just to be sure that my omnipresent Norton® 360™ Premier Protection hadn't missed anything. All's well.

I had the heater on in the Jeep for the early morning ride to/from the supermarket; at 51°F, and even with several other shirt layers under a warm Pendleton® Woolen Shirt on, it was downright (((chilly))). Time to shed the Stetson Straw Outback for my Stetson Fedora Indy, get out my Fall weather warm Lined Barn Coat; I'm thinking that the Winter US Air Force Surplus Parka, won't be far behind. It's going to be an early Winter. Did I say that before?

On the round-trip ride, I noticed that gas prices at-the-pump had held steady since last Friday: Unleaded Regular (87 oct) is still at $3.85/gal, Unleaded Premium (89oct) is at $3.95/gal, Premium (93 oct) is at $4.25/gal, and Diesel Fuel/Kerosene also remains at $4.25/gal, at most stations in the York area. Is ∅bummer the "OPEC President", who screws with the world's oil prices? Wouldn't surprise me at all.

On Sunday afternoon, I ordered 10 additional HDX Stacking 5-Shelf Units from Home Depot online, and I'm scheduled to pick-them-up on Wednesday morning, at 10am. It took me 6-7 days to clean-up and organize the "west & north sides" of the basement with 8 Stacking Shelf Units; now it's the larger and heavily-filled "east & north/south sides" of the basement's turn to go through it with 10 Stacking Shelf Units. I started a preliminary moving/cleaning-out the outer edge of that side of the basement – the many file boxes, various storage boxes and pieces of equipment/hardware which my past 3 Condo cats have basically clawed-up, peed-on and destroyed over the past 22yrs – and will work on it slowly over the Winter months. All of the newer file boxes and equipment moved from the GC&N Complex, when I closed last Oct 28th, will get moved over to the completed west side, so that I can gradually work on the older, damaged stuff, bag-up what can be salvaged and given to the local Goodwill Thrift Store, bag-up the now-garbage items and debris, and separate-out the hardware and equipment for proper disposal or reuse by others. It's going to take me 8-10 weeks to get thru all of that, plus re-box/re-label the salvageable items, clean the cement floor, set-up the 10 shelf units, and stack everything. I should have done this 10-15yrs ago, but working 10-12hrs/day, 7-days-a-week, precluded that intensive effort. Meanwhile, I'll pick-up the 10 cartons of newly-ordered Stacking Shelf Units and store them at Dad's, in one of his 4 garages, until I need them later in the year. The York (PA) Home Depot only had 29 of the units remaining at $34.97ea, and I bought 10 of them. When the "specials" are gone, they're gone.

After making 2 Allen Bros Steak/Bacon-Cheeseburgers and Fries for lunch, I watched several of my 8 DVDs in the "Jesse Stone" Mystery Series – #1: "Night Passage", #4: "Sea Change" and #8: "Benefit of the Doubt" – instead of watching TV or listening to more Talk Radio replays. Good choice, on my part. I needed the break from my "routine". I'd talked to Dad earlier, and he was feeling much better today. By 7:30pm, temps had dropped to 54°F and was forecast to reach 42°F; frost in some low-lying areas, as with last night. I only listened to Gun Talk Radio from 8-9, instead of its usual 11pm timeframe, but was so tired from getting-up too damned early this morning, I had to quit early for the night. Tomorrow's another day.

There's no "catching-up on sleep", either. Sleep is like time: once you've lost it, you can never get it back.

I finally had a wonderful, uninterrupted night's sleep, until 6:30am on Monday. Finally. It was a very chilly 43°F outside, and 66°F inside, so I splashed cold water into my face, turned-up the heat, grabbed my Turkish Bathrobe, and made breakfast. Some Fresh-Squeezed OJ w/ lots of pulp, Raisin Bran w/ sliced banannas, and French-Roast, Turkish-Grind Coffee (from whole, freshly-ground Dunkin' Donuts beans) with my Chemex® Drip System, did the trick. After scanning the weather and news sites, I needed to grab a shower, change the Condo's Master BR and the 2nd BR's bed linens, do a couple of loads of laundry, and get several large trash bags and shipment boxes ready to go out to the curb. I left at 9:15am, for Dad's, PNC Bank, Giant and a few other stops. On the trip, I saw that gas prices at-the-pump had gone-up another 4¢/gal, since yesterday: Unleaded Regular (87 oct) is now at $3.89/gal, Unleaded Premium (89oct) is at $3.99/gal, Premium (93 oct) is now at $4.29/gal, and Diesel Fuel/Kerosene also crept-up to $4.29/gal, at most stations in the York area. Nice job, ∅bummer!

Since you probably/most likely/definitely have a dishwasher, have you ever tried using it for something other than washing dishes, such as *cooking food*? I'm going to try the steamed fish, soon. Heh.

Back home by 12:30pm, I unpacked some groceries, had some leftover Cheese-Filled Ravioli, did paperwork and filing for a while, and went out for a walk in the fresh, crisp 64°F air. Dad called my cellphone and wanted to meet me at a local nursery to get some bags of mulch loaded, so I drove south to meet him. One of the nursery workers and I loaded the rain-soaked, very heavy bags in his Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, and I drove back home. I'll unload them tomorrow morning when I go over to visit. I went back outside and just walked and walked and walked, to think about some things, and get others off of my mind. Back by 4:30, and having checked the weather and news sites, I listened to the morning's missed Chris Plante Show Podcast, and to the Mark Levin Show, from 6-9pm. I'd just be happy for another good night's sleep, tonight. So I closed-up the Condo's windows – it was already down to 51°F and forecast to drop to 41°F – and I pulled the day's plug at 9:15pm.

Tuesday morning was even chillier at 39°F, than previous days, but this is only temporary, according to Accu-Weather's Long-Range Forecast. With the heat quickly-turned on to 76°F to take the chill-off, I had some a href="http://www.delmonte.com/media/product/product_photo_350.png">Del Monte® Red Grapefruit Sections, Sunny-side-Up Eggs, Sausage, Fried Potatoes & Toast and coffee, and scanned the weather and news sites. I spent an hour cleaning-out/re-organizing the front hall closet – last closet/drawer/cupboard upstairs – before I begin the Herculean job of cleaning-up/sorting-out/re-organizing the larger and heavily-filled "east & north/south sides" of the basement. I pick-up the 10 shelf units tomorrow at Home Depot, and I'll prep the Jeep for the loads, today, when I get back from visiting Dad. I left at 10am.

All projects done at Dad's, or as much as we could do for the day, I got back around 11:30, prepped the Jeep for tomorrow's loads, and grilled-off another 2 Allen Bros Steak/Bacon-Cheeseburgers and made a batch of Fries for lunch. The Township of Hellam, which also purchased a goodly number of trees and shrubs this Spring, called and asked for a meeting with me to spot-in/help landscape their newly-purchased plant material, on their new building's site. I set-up the meeting for 1:00pm on Wednesday, after I'd finished picking-up the 10 shelf units from Home Depot. I also have a Thursday meeting with Alliance Realty, my commercial realtor in York City, for the GC&N Sale, to renew his contract for another year. It was just cool enough with a brisk wind, despite the bright sunshine, to wear a Pendleton® Wool Shirt underneath my usual Tactical Vest, easily complying with PA's CCW Regs. Again, I went out for a walk to clear-our my head, and lost track of the time. By 5:15pm, I wound-up back at the Condo, did some paperwork and paid some more bills. Instead of Talk Radio live streaming or replays, I watched two more of the 8 DVDs in the "Jesse Stone" Mystery Series – #2: Stone Cold" and #3: "Death In Paradise". By 9:30pm, I was fading fast and wrapped-it-up for the day.

Another good night's sleep; 3-in-a-row is amazing for me. I was up at 6:15am Wednesday, turned-on the heat for a few minutes, had Fresh-Squeezed OJ w/ lots of pulp, Shredded Wheat w/ fresh Blueberries, and French-Roast, Turkish-Grind Coffee. T-storms moved into the area, and rain is forecast daily through Sunday, with some very heavy accumulations. I left at 9am for Home Depot to begin the pick-up/transport of the 10 HDX Stacking 5-Shelf Units.

Since I'm maxed-out at 8 units in the Jeep, I opted to make 2 trips with 5 cartons on each trip. By 11:15, I had all 10 at Dad's, neatly-stored in the attached garage, until I can get the final basement clean-out/reorganization project done, over the Winter months. His basement has 15-20 of the units and we've set-up 2 in the garage, after we'd cleaned it out and reorganized, back in June. After visiting with Dad for an hour, I left for home and made some Crab Cakes, and went to my 1pm meeting at Township of Hellam, to help them with some landscaping advice. I saw so many factories and retail buildings, which had been occupied with manufacturing and various businesses in April, now empty, with "For Sale/Rent/Lease" signs on them. I was stunned. Back by 3:30pm, I read "Liberty & Tryanny: A Conservative Manifesto", for several hours, and showers moved through the area. I had some fresh Flounder Filets which I needed to bread, broil and almond-crust, tomorrow, so they're thawing. After listening to the morning's missed Chris Plante Show Podcast, I caught the Mark Levin Show, from 6-9pm, and called it a day.

Thunder and rain woke me 2x on Thursday morning, but I easily drifted back to sleep until 7am. I felt great, but a little groggy, after sleeping so late. After some cold water in my face, I brewed some strong French-Roast, Turkish-Grind Coffee, made Sunny-Side-Up Eggs, Sausage & Hash Browns. While scanning the weather and news sites, and checking my calendar for today's schedule, it hit me that it was 1-week ago this morning that Murphy died. Damn; RIP, Little Fellow. Life must go on.

I read that my PNC Bank has also come under pretty severe cyber-attacks in the past day or two, along with many other US banks, such as US Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. I had no troubles, especially with all the extra layers of security I have recently established around my accounts. I set-up my meeting with the realtor for 10;45am, in York, to review and renew my GC&N Sale Contract, for another year. It was a dreary, rainy, warmish 64°F day, and I had some other stops to make after the meeting. After a shower, I left at 10:15am.

After my 30-minute meeting with Terry at Alliance Realty, I stopped at Sherry's shop, Frog & Bee, next to the downtown York Central Market, for a visit, and came home around 12:30pm. I made several Broiled, Almond-Crusted Flounder Filets w/ Butter Sauce, for lunch. My Hauppauge Computer Works App suddenly and mysteriously quit working, and I was without CATV, though my ComCast Cable Modem and Net connection were intact. After finding the WIN-TV box and software, I opted for trying some other "work-arounds" before uninstalling/reinstalling the whole system. I can get along without CATV for a day or two, until I figure out what the smartest course-of-action would be. IIRC, this was a complicated hardware/software installation back in February, so I don't want to screw-up things too badly. Best to think it through carefully, first. Crap.

After trying a number of things, I couldn't get any recorded videos to play on my computer; Win-TV had truly crapped-out. So I listened to the Mark Levin Show, from 6-9pm, and called it quits. Worst comes to worst, I'll call ComCast Tech in for a service call, and have them bypass the usually-reliable Hauppauge system, and hook me up, directly here at the Kitchen machine. My 37" Sony Trinitron, up in the Loft, works, but I prefer being down here. Tomorrow's another day to figure it out. Too tired just now. Tomorrow starts a new week, here in the "Journal", so I'll deal with it and all the other things on my "Crap List".

Obama: "Entrepreneurs Don't Build Businesses"

"Last week, President Barack Obama delivered some telling remarks to a fire station full of people in Roanoke, Virginia. I'll save you the trouble of reading the (long and uninspired) speech and provide you with the most interesting part:

"If you've got a business – you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen." – President Barack Obama, July 13th, 2012.

It would be easy to respond with something along the lines of, "Somebody else made that happen? Who? Who magically imagined the product or service, started the business, built it up, and created the jobs? Who was it? The tooth fairy?" And to some extent, President Obama's statement is so ridiculous as to merit that sort of quick, flippant response.

(Here's the video of that loony remark.)

However, he's not entirely wrong. This reminds me of an argument that Massachusetts Senate Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren would probably make. If he's talking about a mid-sized or large business, where an entrepreneur has hired additional employees, then at that point the business's success isn't purely that of its founder.

Employees add value to a business through work and ideas. That's why you hire employees, after all. Steve Jobs didn't invent every last detail of the phones, computers, and tablets to come out of Apple over the last decade. There were engineers working on those products who developed them. So, employees help entrepreneurs to build their business. "Somebody else" did indeed play a part in making that happen.

But what makes the president's remarks so inane is the totality of what he's saying. He's not saying that entrepreneurs and employees work together to build a business. It's not a collaborative effort. It's all thanks to the employees. Usually, I can understand the way the president's mind works on most issues by examining it through a pragmatic, liberal, or progressive framework. This one baffles me.

As I explained, I can see that he has some of a point, but he's still just obviously wrong on the broader point. Sure, the employees help to build the business, but the business itself wouldn't exist without the entrepreneur. So, to say to entrepreneurs and to business owners, "...you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen," is just wrong. It's silly. They did build that by setting the foundation for the business.

Entrepreneurs are almost always the hardest workers in their business. They work a simply insane number of hours to get their idea off the ground. If they succeed (and they face a tremendous risk if they don't), then they'll start to grow and to hire employees to help. Honestly, if I were an entrepreneur and I read those remarks by the president, I would be furious. It's a tremendous insult to the true job-creators in America, entrepreneurs.

In the context of a long, somewhat rambling campaign speech that touched on every issue under the sun, it may seem as though I'm over-exaggerating the importance of a minor thing he said. But President Obama isn't a stupid man, or even one who makes off-the-cuff remarks he doesn't really mean. He's a very smart man, and he meant what he said.

When the most important issues for most Americans are economic growth and job creation, I believe it's essential to know exactly where both candidates stand on the importance of entrepreneurs. Yesterday, we learned that President Obama believes that entrepreneurs don't build businesses. Ultimately, they're irrelevant. Take that for what you will." ©Principles and Policy, July 14, 2012

Some People Just Need Killing

It's not my intentions to be the judge here — that's God's "job" — but rather to "hasten the meeting" so that He can send the following subhuman filth to the "Fires of Hell", "River or Lake of Sulphur", or whatever He deems appropriate. I'd gladly/happily volunteer, at no cost to any of my Hard-Working, Fellow US Taxpayers, to gladly/gleefully/happily headshoot these murderous, lowlife dirtbags of all stripes — their skin-color doesn't matter one whit to me, at all — and rid American Society's innocents — especially our too-vulnerable, "Whosoever shall shed man's blood, his blood shall be shed: for man was made to the image of God."
– Genesis 9:6
precious children and the frail, defenseless elderly — of the subhuman criminals who prey upon them, once-and-for-ever. And yes, I'd rather see one innocent man convicted and executed, than 10 murderers, robbers, child rapists-murderers freed, to rob, rape and murder again. Hey, call me an "Old Fashioned Conservative"! Too harsh? Nah. Just & RIGHT on that issue!

Society's innocents — our precious, defenseless children and the frail, defenseless elderly — must be protected from predators, murderers, rapists, robbers and other subhuman filth, at all times and at any cost, IMO.

The 6th Commandment actually says: "Thou Shalt Not Murder". It does NOT say, "Thou Shalt Not Kill." I personally don't consider any summary-execution — except by subhuman, murderous muslim/islamic pigshit — as murder, in any way, shape or form. It's "Due-Justice-For-Crimes-On-This-Earth", IMO.

"100 years from now, I want the filthy, stinking subhuman islamic/muslim filth's childrens' childrens' childrens' children to cower and cringe in fear whenever they hear the sounds of jet engines overhead because their legends tell of fire from the sky. I want them to hide in wet, dark caves and hellish-holes in the earth, Yes, I agree with the premise of this article, that "the death penalty is a Noahic Covenant with God, in a post-flood world", and America should apply it every-damned-day, to those deserving death for their crimes against society and its innocents. shivering with terror whenever they hear the roar of diesel engines because the tales of their ancestors talk about metal monsters crawling over the earth, spitting-out death and destruction. I want their mothers to be able to admonish them with "If you don't behave, the Pale Destroyers will come for you", and that will be enough to reduce them to quivering obedience. I want the annihilation to be so complete that their mythology will tell them of the day of judgment when the stern gods from across the sea – the powerful Americans – destroyed their forefathers' wickedness."

No, I don't have any problem with killing sex offenders, child molesters, rapists and murderers. Society, and if it's unable to find the guts to do so, should be replaced by Citizens who kill them and send them to God for Final Judgment and sentencing to Hell. Both subhuman pieces-of-shit, Blanton and Ray, needed killing, IMO. Nice job, Patrick.

Bullshit; kill this fat fucking piece of subhuman shit! Shoot the 400-lb Ronald Post, 53, in the head with a 230gr .45cal ACP round! problem solved!

More bullshit! Don't release murderous illegal subhuman filth, like Pedro Espinoza, dammit: KILL THEM ALL!

Two 13-year old subhuman, murderous punks – Antonio D. Barbeau and Nathan J. Paape – were charged Friday as adults in the death of Barbeau's great-grandmother, 78-year-old Barbara J. Olson, whom they bludgeoned with a hammer and hatchet before robbing her spare change and going out for pizza. KILL THEM BOTH! I volunteer to headshoot both of the pieces-of-shit! JUST F•CKING KILL THEM!

Finally, after 3 useless "stays of execution", another subhuman piece-of-murderous-shit, Cleve Foster, 48, goes to Hell's sulfur pits. Good riddance and rot in Hell, asshole!

Good shooting, Mr Arcade Manager! Rot in hell, dead piece-of-shit, Byron Ray Maxwell!

Subhuman child pornographer/child molester faggot, Larry Brinkin, needs killing for his perversions and deviancy. Here's $1 for the .45cal ACP bullet; KILL HIM.
